I walked into the store today and I was gobsmacked. The mess throughout the shelves and racks was appalling, looked like toddlers run the store! And the shelves? Empty. No cleanliness at all and the products for sale looked like they were just dumped wherever the teen workers wanted them to go! Wish I could give this review -2 stars.

Kmart always has everything we need, and always cheap. Love it.And staffs are friendly. When you need a help, just ask them, they will definitely be happy to help you.I bought my PPE here today. It didn’t ’t cost much money.Happy to visit here today. Will be coming back soon.

Extremely disappointed with the experience today. We were there to buy plush toys but the aisle was blocked for more than 2 hours and the staff was very rude as well. I think stocking the products should be done outside of opening hours and not during the opening hours. Customers come to buy products, but not to wait there until the staff is done with their work, which should have happened before opening the store.And on top of that, they do t know how to talk to the customer.Disgusted!!!!

You can find a lot items here, usually good in price. On weekends and holidays this place is too busy. Not enough stock on these days on shelfs. Easy access and has underground parking. Very good customer service

I buy new bed sheet queens size bit after within 15 minutes I go back and say I want to exchange with king size but they refuse. I haven't open yet but they can't listen to me and didn't return such a bad customer services

I went here to print photos off on tuesday 10th for a family members birthday on the 12th. After selecting which photos i wanted there was 3 options to choose from - “instant service, 20c” “next hour service, 15c” && “next day service, 10c” i needed to go shopping so i chose the next hour service for 15c per photo. After an hour I came back with my receipt. After waiting in the line for 20 minutes with just 1 person serving I got to the counter. I handed the man my receipt and he took it and went to the back to get my photos. He was in the back for about 5 minutes before coming out to tell me that “their I.T. system is in control of their computers right now so they couldn’t get access to my photos & it could take upto 24 hours to get access back” I then asked if I could get a refund as I needed them then. He replied with “no they will be ready in 24 hours”. So I paid for the next hour service even though I couldn’t get them until 2 days later anyway. It’s now the 14th and I still don’t have them because I was told they would let me know when they are ready for collection. I never got a message or anything to let me know so I called them and they have been ready for 2 days now. So inconvenient as they didn’t even have a sign or anything on the computers where you do the photo’s. Go to officeworks if in need of photos!!

The customer service is extremely horrible. I placed my bike for repairment, there is always no reply about that. It has already 6 weeks. What the staffs say is nothing but asking me to wait. I have never seen any companies abuse customer's patients like this.
