New Bunnings store in Victor Harbor is a welcome relief to good products at an affordable price.Not many people in there and the staff were very friendly.Can't wait for a sausage sizzle on the weekends

Had a great experience in tool shop the other day. Jerry (not sure if it's with a G or J) solved a difficult problem for me. I was in need of a depth drill to drill 150 holes 12mm deep into 16mm MDF. I was sure I'd drill straight through with a least one hole. Jerry came up with some out of the square thinking. Job done !Thanks Bunnings and thanks Jerry

Not impressed as recently a Bunnings staff member informed me that Bunnings could match the price on a particular item if I could get it cheaper elsewhere. But when I showed them evidence that I COULD buy the item cheaper elsewhere ( $ 74.89 inc delivery, compared to $109 ), they declined to match the price. Suddenly, I didn't meet their 'criteria '. I was told the item had to be available the same day. It was - all I had to do was drive to Adelaide to pick it up - making it available that day. Apparently I still didn't meet their ' criteria'. I'd like to know what their ' criteria ' actually is ? And please don't tell customers things that just aren't true !

Terrible customer service at the nursery part of the store. The lady completely ignored us and talked over our heads to another staff member, we said thankyou and she again ignored us and didnt even face us. Felt very rude.

For once got a friendly cashier near the entrance that saw me looking puzzled when I got in. She politely asked what I was looking for and directed me to the place. Later ,on the checkout ,she was pleasant. I wish all the staff everywhere were like her. As we age we appreciate good manners and a friendly smile.

Victor Harbor staff are very helpful and friendly ! Popped into Bunnings to get a few things and Ryan was excellent he organised a special order ! Ryan was friendly and courteous and nothing was too much trouble and he listened to my request with interest and acted upon it ! All the team are excellent and very friendly ! Raddy my dog loves his dog Bunnings jacket also ! Highly recommend Bunnings Victor Harbor !we also love Sarah she gave me a bandana trade Fluro ! Love your work Bunnings Victor harbor !
