Aweful customer service! Just for a simple call (updating details), I had to wait for an hour and no luck after had a chat with 5 operator/consultant and supervisors! Seriously?

Still waiting my money refund back after mor than 3 months!!! I do not raccomand this insurance

Wasn’t the cheapest car insurance and when it came to paying market value for our written off car they were terrible and should be investigated by the ombudsman.Never again

Wow, it is this time of the year we seek new quotes for workers compensation insurance. After being on hold for a long time and then being passed to the correct department - the lady who answered, was to be honest shouldn't be in a customer service role. She had me on speaker and redirected me to the website to get a quote! then simply hung up on me. OK, we will look elsewhere!

Quick response, it only took one day for the customer service officer to reply my email which I'm happy with. Prices of the health insurance package are reasonable and cheaper than the other providers. Would highly recommend Allianz Care.

My new insurance provider cancelled my policy with Allianz on my behalf, but I was still charged twice more - the second one at a higher rate! I contacted Allianz on two separate occasions and my enquires of a refund was completely ignored. Every time someone new would email me back telling me they have stopped my direct debit payments and asking if I would like to cancel my policy... I have had to contact my bank to prevent Allianz from charging me further and their finance department have requested a refund for the incorrect charges.Allianz charge more than most insurance companies, their coverage is below average, the customer service is rubbish, and making a claim is tedious. Save yourself the time and money and choose a better insurance!

Worst customer service! Prepare to spend at least an hour plus on hold before speaking with someone! Changing insurers as we speak.

I've been insured by Allianz for quite a long time. Only ever made 2 claims through them, and both times were handled exceptionally well. Including a theft of my vehicle, the contact was great and they paid me out within a couple of weeks. I still have my policy with them now and will continue to be insured by them.

My car was stolen, the police caught the responsible party. Allianz said they would organise for my car to be towed to a repairer for a sharps test and for a mechanical/panel check. Contacted the towing company/repairer 4 days later, no news. My car has not been towed and nothing has been done. I have waited on the phone for a total of 5.5 hours today, on hold with the same hold music. No response. No response from the online inquiry. Its clear they do not care about their customers whatsoever.
