I dealt with Collin when purchasing my Isuzu Dmax and he was very helpful and made the whole process smooth. Unfortunately after having the car I realised issues with the 4wd engaging to which I dealt with Trevor, who was more than happy to figure out the problem and work with other technicians to fix the issue free of charge. Trevor went above and beyond with organising all the repairs to the vehicle under their warranty. Since, I have taken the car 4wd’ing and have not had a problem with it.Cooper

Don't trust anything they say. My mother took our grandfathers rav 4 in for a rego check (pink slip) and they tried to charge us $1935 to replace the rear axel and diff mount. We got under and had a look and it was simply some rubber boots on the rear axel that were slightly split. My father (retired mechanic) and myself went back and questioned the mechanic and their mood changed from arrogance to scared and put on the spot. They re-quoted around $600+ (still a rip off since its $60 worth of boots and $35 for diff rubber buffer online and simple task to replace) shame on them for trying to take advantage and rip off my 60 year old mother.

My daughter recently purchased a CHR in which the puppy decided to bite the air bag wiring harness under the front seat..the car was taken in with them quoting $8k to replace and fit..we then got a second opinion and took the car to a auto electrician who was fantastic and very honest with him fixing the issue for $44.obviously they saw a young lady and took advantage of her lack of knowledge and her trust she has for people..lesson well learnt along with being appalled with the service,loyalty and honesty of a major company..
