We have had the pleasure of working with Pat and Petrina and the Team at Ryan Designer homes for many many years now. Petrina is organised and thorough during the whole process from inquiry, design and construct. Pat is highly detailed and solution minded throughout the documentation of the plans and the execution of the build. If you're after a high quality build - this company will deliver on their promise - Plus ... I think they have a pretty good design team!! ;)

After taking over our build Pat & Petrina; along with their Foreman Ken, did everything they could to get us into our dream home! They've helped us from day one & in a very short time built our house. We cannot be more happy with everything! The quality of work, the amazing communication & they're all just lovely people. We are almost at the end of our build with Ryan Designer Homes, it has been a long journey (almost 12 months) but throughout the entire process everyone we have dealt with, Pat, Petrina, Dianne, Peter and all of the trades working on our site have been fantastic. There has never been a time where we did not know exactly what was happening, every single week the progress has amazed us. This build has been an amazing experience for both Neil and I and so far there have not been any of the pitfalls you inevitably hear of from everyone else who has ever built a home. It is just so exciting seeing the design take shape from all of the drawings and even though we have changed some of the features that attracted us to the design in the first place, practicality has to come first. We can't wait to take ownership and we are very sure we have a beautiful and very well built home and can't wait to have our children and grandchildren come to enjoy it with us. From day one our experience liaising with Pat & Petrina from Ryan Designer Homes for the construction of our new Mooloolaba waterfront home has been a very positive and easy process.Having seen a few of their previous builds we knew what could be achieved and this made it an easy decision to put out trust in them when the time came to build our new home.We were able to benefit from their extensive experience with other designer homes when planning our build and making a few changes along the way. We always knew how our build was progressing and got lots of photos and updates, this was important to us as we were living offshore and couldn’t be on site very often. Ryan Designer homes built a Duplex at the entry to our Street. The design and craftsmanship of the building has lifted the entry to the whole street and enhanced the streets appearance greatly. Our street is now considered one of the premier residential streets in Mooloolaba.
