Kingston Neighbourhood House

Very amazing staff, who are friendly helpful and generous. What place that not only helps Maranoa but the whole of kingston shouldnt be praised. They also hold amazing free food and painting, games ect parties and barbeques that everyone is invited too, which appropriately i would say over 300 people would turn up throughout the day, with all kinds of stalls and fun things for your children to participate in, its truly a wonderful time.They sell clothing and have wonderful programmes for all people to get involved in. They have programmes for mental health, summer camp for kids and teenagers, functions for adults, just to name a few. Definitely worth going to if you would like to join in on a new fun and exciting programme for all areas.

Fiona is the only lady who is always friendly to us. The others seem to be very bored with their jobs. My issue with this place is, I brought donations of clothes, shoes, etc a few times as Fiona said I could bring them in dribs and drabs. Once Fiona was not there and they wouldn't accept my donations as they said they had no space for them. One of them even asked me if I got summer or winter stuff, I said a bit of both. The Asian lady advised me to ring first before I bring my donations. Well, I am very busy and I will not bother ringing so I bring my donations to Vinnie's and no more lengthy inquisitions!

Great place for second bite(free)breads and veg. Helpful staff for referral for any problems. Took my child to her first playgroup there.

I hear nothing but how important this place is. Definitely worth a visit if you are local.

People there are lovely.. everyone is so kind and people help when you need it.. highly recommend.

Great community center, food bank food in the front foyer (byo plastic bag), classes, social gatherings, walking groups, neighbourhood cleanups and BBQ's.Great staff and volunteers, always happy to help and answer questions.How you expect a community center to be. ❤️

Love this community centre great playgroup and lots off other free workshops for adults to learn new skills in wile making friends. Look them up on Facebook to find out there calender off events
