Offroad Animal Carrum Downs
Recently had a TJM canopy fitted to my BT-50. The quality of finish was not great the foam weather strip inside is showing in places, they also uses a lot of sealant and did not fit the black protective strip. Stating it was not supplied. Just seemed very rushed!

- poor product knowledge- poor customer service- poor business procedureI rang to enquire about a snorkel to see if they had something suitable in stock. Rob said he could order one in and asked for a $200+ deposit. Once I had paid over the phone he then told me there would be an extra fee to get the part delivered into store. Upon pickup I discovered the snorkel was the wrong model, which we confirmed prior on the phone. I asked for my deposit back and they told me I had to send an email requesting the money back.
