HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Exceptional customer service, attention to detail and generosity. I went to mobile essentials looking for a screen protector for my HTC, even though they didn't currently have one for my particular model in stock at the moment, Maci went out of her way to make sure I had some protection in the meantime. Free of charge she installed a basic screen protector that covers all of the glass over the screen underneath. She was incredibly helpful and kind.

I was sold a Lifeproof case that failed after 6 weeks. The case was clearly faulty, possibly counterfeit, and had failed not from wear and tear but simply because of poor manufacture.I returned the product, with the receipt, to the store and asked for a refund or exchange but was only offered a business card and told I had to chase it up through the Lifeproof company. This is in violation of my rights under consumer law as dictated by the ACCC.I will not be returning and will be forwarding my complaint to the ACCC.

Terrible experience.bought a iPad cover on the term if it dosent fit can be exchanged. The quality of products is very low. I was told that it couldn't be replaced as the product that was still in the packaging was damaged. I would suggest the buyers be cautious while buying from this place as you might be buying a damaged product. They offered us 20% on the other replacement we have rejected the offer and since bought a new cover from other shop. They have zero customer service.. highly advisable to avoid if you can buy your product elsewhere.

Excellent service. A girl fixed my phone in half an hour with very good price after I have checked 3 shops . They are the best . They also cleaned the cellphone for free which myself even won't care about. Thanks a lot

Do not recommend this place at all. This was the first time in 10+ years i had ever cracked my screen. When my screen was replaced the colours on my phone were COMPLETELY different colours I even compared it to the phone of the girl working at the time and she said there was nothing she can do that was how they all look. They obviously use very cheap products, and its not a cheap store. A day later keys on my screen would not work, i would have to click the backspace key several times for it to recognise, scrolling wasn't smooth either. My phone now also over heats and I have never ever had overheating problems before having my screen replaced here. Called up the store two weeks later and they said there is nothing they can do. There are plenty of phone repair stores in the city so if you're thinking of going to Mobile Essentials at Emporium - think again.
