360 Early Education North Ryde - Early Learning Centre

We started sending my older child to Explore and Develop, North Ryde, since we moved into the area a few years ago. Having been exposed to another centre (a large centre) when we lived in another suburb, we can truly say how pleased we’ve been with Libby and the team at Explore and Develop. When you are shopping around for a daycare centre, you don’t yet realise how important centre management and communication is over the course of your relationship with the centre. This is one of the areas in which they excel.The educators are well-trained and have a genuine care for the children. My younger child has been with the centre since they were 10 months old, and it’s been such a joy to see both children form great bonds with the same educators over the years.I just received a call from one of the educators this morning, and she very insightfully told be her observations about my child and the development areas they had identified. She was spot on, and I felt extremely assured that my child is in great hands. It’s not like I had any reason for concern. At drop off, my child skips off into the centre without even turning around to give us a second look.

Some of the hardest working educators in the sector. Amazing programs and support from professionals who are committed to exceptional outcomes for all children.

The team at 360 have gone above and beyond for our family during my child’s enrolment at the service. The educators are supportive, caring and make effort to form strong relationships with the parents. The management team are very friendly and easy to talk to each morning when we walk into the service. It feels like the staff are part of our family.Highly recommend!!

The center is quite organized during the enrollment and well communicate all alomg the way. My little one has just started this year, the educators in the room are very passionate and caring. They provided a lot of help and support during the starting days. Recommended!

Both of my daughters are in the centre, they love there. My 7yo girl has been there and she had lots of fun and happy time over there, she miss all her educators very much after she move to kindy. So every time she is super exciting when she can go to pick up her little sister. All the staffs are very kind and helpful to kids.

This is absolutely the most discriminated childcare in the area. I've never seen anyone colder/ more horrible than North Ryde center supervisor in this industry. wouldn't recommend going there if you kid is a naughty one as they are not capable of looking after active kid. They expect every kid like a machine otherwise they will make huge fuss about things.

‘Staff and management is very supportive and caring. I can see the staff putting effort to make a strong bond with my child, helping him to settle in the new environment. They tailor their education programs as per my child’s interest, providing him with opportunities to thrive . We travel a long way for the centre and it feels worth.

My son has attended this centre for the past 2.5 years and its the best decision we made. All the Educators have been great, and our son has bonded well with his primary carers through the room changes. The curriculum is well thought out and covers all the areas. The Administrative staff are knowledgeable and through the Covid 19 situation the professionalism of the entire team has made all the difference.

I am so glad we moved our daughter here a few months ago. We didn’t have an great experience at the previous centre and this one have just outdone themselves in many aspects.They are well organised, the admin team is very helpful, and the educators are so caring and nurturing.

An all round fantastic Centre. My eldest spent 4 years here and I have no hesitation sending my youngest here too.
