Needed a new fridge and freezer for home. In store experience was excellent. Delivery was on time. Overall, great price and service.

I needed a mattress urgently for a relative coming home from hospital.Sorry to the staff for disturbing your 9am whatever & telling me you had limited stock except for ‘entry level’ whatever that really means.Goodbye Begents, a phone call to Harvey Norman from your car park was most helpful & happy to give them my business & delivery that afternoon.

Decent furniture store which has everything from fridges, washing machines, TV's, lounge suites, beds, buffets, kitchen appliances etc. Accommodating staff.

Nice staff and furniture here but.. I paid $1,650.00 for a nice oak buffet and was disappointed when it was delivered. It was assembled prior to delivery and poorly done. The door hinges were missing several screws with one door only having one screw on each inside hinge point instead of the 4 that should have been there. The drawer was screwed in with one side having a small gap leaving the drawer to close at a slight angle. When fully close it sits flush but still... between these issues and some of the packing that should have held shelves in place etc missing allowing shelves to jump around inside the until while travelling it wasn't what I expected to receive. After contacting the store they did drop $100 off the cost of the item which was nice but the buffet will always have the slightly crooked drawer and marks etc from the transport. Added the needed screws myself but the drawer I couldn't manipulate into a better position.

What amazing service. Hazel was fantastic. Ordered a Speed Queen washing machine. Arrived in only 4 business days from Melbourne. Great price but the customer service from staff is 5 stars. Would highly recommend to everyone. Buy local, support a fantastic Tasmanian business. We will only buy from Begents from now on, forget about Harvey Norman who's staff are very rude. Begents go above and beyond to assist you. The best service.

Pushy heat pump salesman what a know it all would not listen to me TOLD me what i was going to have just because i am a woman i can make up my own mind. This is not the first time they have been rude i brought a shaver and was again treated like i knew nothing would not shop there again.

ordered a washing machine at 10:30am. delivered and installed by 11:00am same day!!!! and.... I live 20mins away!! great service. great price. problem solved. Ahhh the serenity!! Thanks Ethan & Co.
