Storage King Brookvale

Peter and the team at Storage King Brookvale have been fantastic. Can't recommend this facility enough. We are a small start up business and their flexibility and all round super service has meant we were able to co-locate our warehouse with them and at our small store. Peter went above and beyond to help us over a busy Xmas and New Year period. Thank you!

I came to Storage king looking for a storage unit at such short notice (within the hour). Natalie helped me with organising my unit, removalists, provided a lock, picked up my call instantly, the list really goes on. I could not have asked for more of a welcoming person to be the face of Storage King in my eyes. She made me feel calm and welcome, and was extremely helpful. I’m sure all of the staff are lovely but I’m glad Natalie was to help me at such a stressful time. I just wanted to say thank you, as I am very young woman and had no clue what to do and was extremely stressed. Natalie was there within minutes organising everything for me.Thank you Natalie.

New facility, very clean, pin code access to the premises allowing you to go to your storage locker almost anytime. Big trolleys to help you move your items and the free use (1 time) of their box truck. Staff super friendly and helpful, you can even buy moving supplies from them. Highly recommended⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic. Aaron and Peter were very friendly and helpful. They showed us around to look at the different sizes of storage untis available. They even offered a small truck for the day. The prices were great. Really easy. Would highly recommend!

A super helpful team and a great facility. Having not used a storage facility before it was great to speak with people about what the right size room was for our needs. The security of the building was very comforting, and the loading dock and lifts are huge to make unloading items easy. There were also plenty of supplies available such as locks and packing supplies. The price was also very competitive, particularly given how new the building is.

Peter was so calm and helpful in a time when I was overwhelmed and stressed. He made the process so unbelievably easy for me and was very patient and understanding. I definitely did not thank him enough while I was in the store. I would highly recommend to anyone!

I made a mistake and put some stuff in a Kennards, which turned out to be a nightmare. I got the rest of it to Storage King in Brookvale with help from Peter and the experience was 180 degrees different. Place is nice, competent, accommodating, and business is taken care of with a minimum of fuss. Many thanks for the help and professionalism.

I contacted Storage King Brookvale because I needed to store some archive boxes so only needed a small closet size unit. Peter and Aaron were very helpful and showed me around their large facility. The first one they showed me was perfect for what I needed. It's a very secure facility, the loading dock is in a great position for loading and unloading and the lift to the third floor is excellent. Aaron even helped me unload all my boxes. I highly recommend this facility and the friendly, kind service was above and beyond my expectations.

Very friendly stuff, good facility, easy access.The Only negative part is the actual storage inside has no roof and no light therefore is dark to go through your items. But overall 5/5. Thank you Stephanie you were excellent in communication and your friendly service.
