I have installed MyAir for my existing daikin system. The engineers from Advantagr air made the job super easy. I think so far they were the best person to deal with. They understood my pain points and recommended me the right solutions. They provided me 3 different quotes for my scenarios. And also, recommended with best options available. The installation was smooth ride too. MyAir has been working really well and exceeded my expectations. Fantastic work guys and thank you.

Excellent Service! We had a problem with the MyAir wall unit that controls our ducted air conditioning. Phoned Advantage Air and was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from technician, Lauren, who attended the house that evening (on a very cold and wet winter's night) who replaced the control screen unit with a new one (under warranty). Not only did Lauren replace the wall unit and get the air con up & running again, but she also took the time to locate the source of the problem (as this had occurred once previously) and will liaise with the company that installed the system in relation to this. Exceptional service from Advantage Air and Lauren!

My broken-down MyAir5 system was fixed within 48 hours of the issue being reported, even during the busiest time of the year (Christmas holidays). I really appreciate the kind human touch that they added to their customer service, rather than just declaring that they were too busy. Thank you once again, and hope you keep up the great work!

Controller Failed. Technician Chris came out late on a Friday evening to replace it and save us from a cold weekend. Thank you Chris.Failure aside, we really like the flexibility of our Advantage Air controller.

The tablet went down suddenly in the middle of an arctic blast and we couldn’t access our heating. Our house was freezing and we had a sick kid in the house. I spoke to the team and Sam was so quick to arrange tech support to visit and Darren was wonderful helping us get our tablet replaced. They were so quick and understanding of our situation- really grateful!

Advantage Air, Legendary Customer Service. During last summer on Christmas day we returned home to our A/C on the blink. It was a simple issue that required a single part. Luckily the part was under warranty. During the Christmas - New Year break, Tyler from tech support answered our enquiry. The whole team went over and above to get us our replacement part, with one person coming in from their holiday and get the part to us. Any company can have a minor glitch, few companies will go the extra mile like the team at Advantage Air did. Every one involved, champions! Sincere thanks to all - you made the difference and saved our summer!

Our tablet went down recently and when contacted advantage air, they came down to replace it very quickly. Very friendly and efficient staff with very quick installation and great customer service. Highly recommend
