Terrible customer service, went in to buy a new pair of boots but ended up leaving and driving 30min elsewhere to purchase which was frankly quicker.There were two staff members working and apparently the lady serving couldn't do anything on her own and needed the constant assistance of the other sales staff. I waited over 30min to even try a pair of boots on, when he got up to help her again I gave up and left. Woeful staff, no apologies and no consideration for the other 5 customers waiting outside the store.

We live in Campbelltown (Raby) we went to the RMWilliams shop at Narellan my husband and myself were not happy with the service. We thought we would try Penrith store and we were so happy with the way we were treated. We ended up buying a pair of boots us a lovely shirtThe young lady who served us Mila could not have been more helpful. We would go back to Penrith instead of Narellan

R M Williams Penrith store is outstanding. Tara has been absolutely STUPENDOUS!, always going the extra mile sourcing me with those limited edition R M boots in very scarce colours that are now extinct. She has such a swish personality. Her knowledge about the R M brand is incalculable. I can not thank her enough for all the support and guidance she has given me. R M Williams Penrith branch is definitely A+++. I would recommend this branch to everyone.

Don't go to this store at this location. Felt very unwelcomed and uncomfortable. Store assistants were not wanting to make eye contact even though I knew what I wanted, just needed to check for sizing with my insoles. I had to ask for assistance and I felt like I was on eggshells. Heard them talking behind my back as well. I walked out without buying the shoe I wanted. Not a good reputation for a reputable Australian product/company.Castle Hill location was much better service and would offer me to try on other styles etc as well as directing me where to go if they didn't have what I wanted. They directed me to Penrith store since Penrith had the stock. But I'm not spending this much on a shoe when I felt very unwelcomed. I would rather wait to have the other locations get the shoe in stock.

Went in looking for shoes, but the older blonde staff member didn't seem too interested in helping me. I asked to try on a particular boot, but kept saying she didn't have my size. I wasn't after the size, I was asking to assess the level of comfort. Soon as I walked in, they looked at me like I was wasting their time, and after I didn't get to try on the boot I wanted or have my questions answered, I left. The staff always make me feel inadequate going into that store. It's like they look you up and down to assess whether you can afford their boots. If not, you're no use to them and try and get you out the front door. I am still desperately after these boots, but will need to go elsewhere unfortunately.

Bought a pair of craftsman's approx 7 months ago that began to peel in a few spots. Called the shop in Penrith and they asked to bring them in so that they could send them back to be looked at.The Manager took one look at them and said 'no that shouldn't have happened' they had my size and replaced them for a new pair of boots on the spotVery happy and appreciative with the result and the service I received today from the two ladies in the store. Highly recommend.

Been looking at buying a pair of boots online but the style I want only in men’s sizes so decided to go try some and ask questions. Female staff member looked me up and down and served other customers, even though I walked in first and male staff member was doing some paper work for at least 3 minutes while I stood there looking at him. Asked my questions but just felt uncomfortable like I was wasting his time. Really just want a pair of Santa Fe’s in a women’s size 6.Might try another store.

Used to love shopping here but has got expensive and the variety of clothing isnt what it used to be

My wife and I drove 40 minutes to this store as they had the right size shoe. The junior sales assistant was very helpful getting the shoes but the manager barked across the store that you must be wearing socks to try shoes on. We asked could we have a pair of socks and they said no but you can buy a pair for $25. This was extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour representing such an iconic Australian brand. I then took by RMs off and gave my wife my socks while I stood barefoot in the store. HO management really should teach this manager how to treat valued customers.

I ordered a belt online as a present. When it came in, it turned out that i ordered the wrong size. I took it into the Penrith the store and explained the situation to the crew. They were more than happy to help. They located a store that had the right belt and called them, only to find out that store wasn't open at that time. They then chased it up and had an answer for me the next day. Fantastic service and followed through until we had the desired result. Thanks team.
