I would like to take the opportunity to single out an exceptional team member by the name of Bryce who works in the delicatessen section of the supermarket. He is always very polite, kind and ready to assist. It is a pleasure to be served by Bryce. He embodies the best qualities of the great service professional. Typical large modern, fresh Woolies supermarket. Has everything we need on a weekly basis. Easy access via outdoors parking. Surrounded by other great shops. We're a regular here.

Tidy store. Reasonably well stocked (the time I went). Few bargains can be found but depends on the time of day. Good service.

A lot of people are saying that this is a “Standard Store” but we all know that it isn’t, Woolworths in wallan used to be run down. Broken floor tiles, cash registers in bad shape and not a lot of variety. The store had a upgrade awhile ago, fixing all the issues and making the shop clean. If you find anyone on here trashing this store we all know that they are not “Local” and they haven’t been in wallan long enough to know.

This store has a pretty standard range of products. Staff are very nice. Except for the deli. Don't expect seafood before 8.30 or later on a Sunday

Worst Customer service,young girl been really rude when mentioned the price was wrong, even shown a picture of right price card but still they didn’t even override the price and not even accepted their mistake

Heater was useless as the store was cold and the cashier smelt like she'd done poos in her trackies. There were no trolleys to use had to go outside to get one.

Went in to collect my click & collct and had to carry my baby due to the 37 degree day. Lisa at the service desk was so lovely and helpful & Joshua pushed the trolly to my car & helped to loaded all my grocery’s for me. It’s the most friendly and helpful customer service I have had in a long time.THANK YOU!!
