As the previous reviewer said, this place really is a snake pit! Afternoon supervisors are UNBELIEVABLY RUDE, majority of the full timers treat you like sh*t and casuals are left to pick up their slack. Grown women acting like they’re in high school. Such a toxic environment. Worst workplace to work at. Disgusting.

I worked for this place for 25 years when it was in Ringwood, then the company moved to Scoresby big mistake from then on management became rude to staff and casuals even some of the older women that were there for a long while became bossy and horrible at least i had 25 years in the god dam place, I was sacked for something not my fault, but i was glad to get out of there.

Beware of the semi professional character assassins and whisper network if you work here. The pick floor is a literal snake pit.Trust no one. Particularly management.

Terrible place to work! Afternoon shift module is run by an irredeemably rude person. Very poorly managed with outdated procedures. Management is either incompetent or have no training in warehousing and distribution which causes extreme bottle necks that are never addressed.

Virtually no wait time answering the phone (which is in itself unusual in this day and age). Staff were both friendly and efficient. Easy to deal with and problem solved in one call.

Horrible place to work on afternoon shift, very rude staff that openly discriminate based on gender. Females are forced to pick in the module while males work on machines and supervisors have openly stated that you must be a certain height to use the boxing machine. Casuals are treated less than human and are removed at the whim of a egotistic sociopath.

My wife is a registered nurse (works with COVID19 patients), she was looking for a car park near Monash Health in Scoresby, and was unlucky enough to pull over out front of this business.A man in his early 40s came out and hurled abuse at her about Monash staff daring to park out front of his business, until she was in tears.Looking at the other reviews, I can see this is a terrible place to have any involvement in, even to try and park out on the street, and you might cop it.

What a rude woman in customer services. Called now to ask how does distribution services work if I am new to publishing and she says in the most condescending tone any low life could deliver on through her nose, 'we only deal with large quantities, so only big publisher, Alright? Anything else?'

The management on the afternoon shift lacked all respect towards casual staff, the treatement towards staff is openly and passively rude, Casuals where often left in tears. This management style has created a high stress hostile work enviroment, resulting in low moral amongst workers.
