I tried this chicken place for the first time. Unfortunately my rolls were forgotten from the order. I reached out for a refund on the rolls but this could not be done.A lovely lady by the name of Rochelle, delivered my rolls with some complimentary tenders (as my kiddos had already eaten the chicken).This is outstanding amazing service. Thank you Rochelle, I really appreciate your help and your willingness to go above and beyond my expectations.Highly recommend this place.Ps: Food is really yummy so we will definitely be returning.

Pretty good fried chicken burgers and tenders - I’ve tried both on different occasions. Their whole thing is that it’s all boneless, which is an interesting choice, some dark meat options would be nice. Waffle fries were well seasoned, good variety of sauces. Staff are friendly, manager was checking everything was okay when dining in. I came at lunch time where it wasn’t too busy. Solid effort.

Very disappointed! Chips were very soggy and just warm as if they been seating there for ages, chicken tenders had no flavour at all, the burger tasted like they were reheated in a microwave and to top it all off we didnt get the right sauces, if it wasn't because we had a baby in the car and we needed to eat something on the go, we would'v put the lot in the bin. The only positve" is we got our order in less than a minute"

One of the best Fast food on the Coast!They took on the recipe and efficiency of the big boys and upgraded it! This is KFC on steroids and they now offer hand cut chips which is unheard of on the Central Coast even from most high end restaurants..WELL DONE and Thank you will definitely be back.

Tried the Nashville KCKN Burger Box combo which includes 2 tenders, chips and drink for $20.45. Prompt friendly service, the burger was fresh and had a nice heat, good size and quality. The tenders were the best I've ever had, better than Flappy's. In another league compared to KFC. Would have again when in town

Hi KCKN CHKN! I'm a huge fan of your amazing deep-fried chicken and I've been a regular at your drive-through for quite some time now. I always order 2 tenders, no sauce and I'm sure all your staff know me, they are great!Firstly, I want to express that 20% of the time, your chicken is absolutely phenomenal! It's incredibly tender, moist, and it simply melts in my mouth. The freshness and deliciousness are unbeatable.Around 60% of the time, the chicken falls somewhere in the middle. It's still above average, but it doesn't quite hit that spot of perfection like the other 20%.However, there have been occasions when the chicken is a bit dry, and it gives the impression that it might have been from the previous day's batch, sitting at the bottom of the tray for too long.I must admit that I've never run a chicken business myself, so I can only imagine the challenges you face. But I can't help but wonder if there's a way to consistently achieve that 10/10 level of moistness that I've experienced during the best times.Please know that my intention is not to criticize, but rather to provide feedback as a devoted fan, and when I drive past and think hmmm am I going to get the good stuff or the bad stuff, I won't even need to consider this thought again.I also want to see if you can start adding dietary information to your menu. how many calories is this burger gonna cost me ya know!?I genuinely love your chicken, and I believe that with a slight improvement in consistency, you could truly achieve chicken perfection every single time. Keep up the great work and I await your reply...

Hard to fault. All this food for $28 - ender's were generously sized and the chips and gravy delicious. The grilled cheese may have been the one lower point. Why get it with this chicken on offer though?!

Great taste, the sauces are delicious and the chicken is tender and moist. The bun was really nice and the waffle fries are really nice. Tenders were well cooked but tasteless without the dipping sauce. Overall it’s a decent feed just wish the burger fillet was a little bigger to cover the whole bun. Service time was pretty good and the staff were friendly. Nice for a change and if your able to catch them when they open, as opening hours are short. Restaurant is very clean.
