Got eyelash extensions from this business. I've been getting extensions for years and never had an issue. They started falling out day three significantly and day five almost 75% almost all lashes had come off. Day6 I had no lashes left. I contacted the business asking for a refund of either the full amount or the deposit which was denied. I sent photos and was told pretty much that they could see there was an issue however they never ever give any sort of refund. They said this was agreed to when making the appointment. When I looked back on there website and booking form I could not find this statement. In my mind it was the first red flag as if they make such a big deal over not giving reimbursement for low quality work it seems this is a constant issue. They did say they would redo the lashes but I was uncomfortable going back as the quality would just happen again and I was unimpressed with their attitude as a business. They said there was a note that I had 'thin' lashes. but again I've never had issues before and no one told me whilst I was getting the service that it might be an issue. It was also the first time I ever went there. I feel that this was just backpeddling and them trying to cover themselves. I don't think under consumer law that you can straight deny someone reimbursement for a service that I was paid for that was well below a reasonable expectation. Their whole attitude was very 'too bad so sad'

Bit of a nervous customer, Danielle put my mind at ease and I loved my lashes and eyebrows after. Would definitely recommend anyone to go here.

Got my makeup done for a formal here, took under 30 mins, looked amazing I loved it and will come back for sure! Such nice service and great atmosphere ☺️☺️

Honestly the best brows in Brisbane! I’ve had 3 attempts with other businesses to get my eyebrow tattooing done! The owner here to her time and really got it right. I was so nervous but daniella is a perfectionist and my brows are perfect! Tattooing is a big thing and a lot of trust is needed. She is a great operator and I would highly recommend

Amazing quality, don’t take forever, qualified for the work they do. Bonus is the comfort you feel from the beds to the music, plus all the ladies are very friendly and lovely. You can tell they take pride in their quality, effort and the customers needs and desires.

After having my eyebrows butchered by another clinic I lost my confidence and didn’t have my brows done for months until yesterday when Ellia did the most amazing job! Hard to find a new regular however I definitely have now :)

Daniela was amazing. So thorough and for someone who doesn’t wear lashes, she explained everything. Love the end result and such a relaxing atmosphere! Highly recommended for anyone wanting lashes. I’ll definitely try some of the other services next time.

Not received the correct service in store and brought this to the tech's attention and she kept insisting it was even though it was nothing like the reference photo we discussed. After leaving I went on their IG page to see other photos and I definitely didn't receive the correct services I paid for. Not impressed with the management just ignoring customers. I messaged the company after not receiving the correct lash set and about the quality of them (full set had fallen out after 4 days). They left me on read and didn't bother responding or even acknowledging the issues. Extremely disappointed and frustrating especially after paying $190. Absolutely appalling.

I was getting my lash extensions done here but the glue they use must be really cheap because they kept coming off after less than a week! Disappointed:( So I stopped going here. However I will go back to get my eyebrows or my make up done :)
