a girl who was running the karaoke was incredibly rude to my friend and i. Apparently our songs were lame so she deleted them, i don’t understand what’s wrong wit ur madonna and why i deserved to be deleted over it.

I recently organised a Christmas Party at Blute's. Noah and his whole team were absolute legends. They made the whole process super easy. All of the catering was straight forward. On the night we had three amazing bar staff who looked after us and the bar tab made the distance.I know exactly where we are going for next years Christmas Party.

This place was one of the most fun and inclusive spaces and it’s awful now. Last night the karaoke is run by a couple of young girls who queued up songs for themselves, jumped on stage with other people, and jammed up the song queue. Their worst crime though, they couldn’t sing, instead they screamed into the mike. Last night’s queue was 3 and a half hours and there were barely 30 people in the bar. A year ago would have been packed on a Friday. They made an attempt to ask if anyone was waiting for a song, but when approached by 3 people, they became overwhelmed and snappy. Such a shame, Brisbane needs more venue’s like what Blute’s used to be. Bar staff were nice though

Used to love this place but recently it's lost its charm. Venue itself is still good but bar staff are not as delightful as they used to be. Great service definitely makes a difference!!

Awful! We waited a two and a half hours to do 1 karaoke song which they ended up never actually playing. They kept changing the order. One minute they said we were 10 song away then we waited about 30 minutes and we asked again and they said we were 13 away. They were rude staff and got most of our drink orders wrong. It honestly wasted and ruined our whole night. Definitely won’t be coming back.

As a Valley resident, a local supporting this community.I encourage people to enjoy the warm hospitality, culture, delicacies and more of which is on offer in Fortitude Valley.However, do not bother with this black stain.I had flirted with the idea of venturing into this establishment, thinking it would be a casual and relaxed venue as the manager" wears a singlet.They will NEVER see me

Bartender very inappropriately insulted one of my friends upon entry. He then made comments on how another couldn’t afford a drink, while overcharging us for basics and schooners during happy hour. Besides the young Lib bartender, the vibes were nice inside.

How disappointing. We were out to celebrate and all wanted was a karaoke bar. After 2 hours still no turn. Checked list first time told 18 before, 10 min later told 10 more songs. Waited half an hour told 13 more songs. Clearly picking, choosing and shuffling. Sound levels were appalling regardless, drinks expensive and all around soured the night. Don’t waste your time at this place
