Absolutely love this place. Brittany and team is just fantastic and always so helpful . I have had my hair done here for many years now and always so happy with the service and results. Brittany will go above and beyond to ensure I’m happy and it’s what I wanted. I have been visiting Hairtalk for more than two years for my hair cut and colour. I recently had Balayage and I couldn't be happier with the result! The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the time to understand exactly what I wanted.Overall, I highly recommend Hairtalk for anyone in need of a great haircut or Balayage. I can't wait to go back.

Hi, Iam very disappointed in the management here. If you are not happy with service the owner will say you are either a conflict of interest or a lier. Well I can tell you right now I am a real person and neither of the above, who has been to hair talks many times and have only had a good experience with Brooke and Britney. I recently found out they no longer at hair talks and the kept telling for over a month she is on holidays and we’re pushing me in a pretty uncomfortable way to go with another stylist as in their words “are much better then her” so unprofessional!! I found out that they had in fact left hair talks. It’s so sad when a manger can act this way towards a customer.

Very unfortunate experience.2 weeks ago I walked in for a weekly blow dry with Britney i was informedshe no longer worked in this salon so I gave it them a go with a young girl called Taylor.Taylor was on mobile when I first walked in, then whilst she was washing my hair wet my whole face and down my back no apology took place.I found her blow dry to be quiet aggressive and poking my scalp with her long finger nails.The blow dry was of poor quality.Will not be returning to this salon.

Not sure why owner has decided to change reply after 10 months but I no longer attend this salon as I only have trust in Brittany and she longer works at HAIRTALKS Rouse Hill.HAIRTALKS (owner)a week agoThank you, not always easy to fix someone else’s damage however we do our best, some of our other senior stylists are even better.Highly recommend Hairtalks Rouse hill, I had very badly damaged hair from bleaching from a different local hairdresser and after consulting with Brittany (Manager) she put me at ease by explaining what had been done by previous hairdresser and what Hairtalks could do to have it looking its best again, she wasn't wrong feels so much better and doesn't feel like straw! After trying many other hairdressers I wouldn't go anywhere else. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I had an appointment yesterday for balayage, roots, hair treatment, cut and blow dryer. They did a wonderful job as always. On the earlier occasion, Brooke was my stylist but the lady that did my job yesterday was pretty awesome too. For the first time, I met the Salon owner as well, and she seems to be a lovely lady. It’s bit pricey but worth every cent of it.

Not only was the team easy to contact on social media and immediately helpful with my hair choices, they’re AMAZING at their job! They made my vision of curtain bangs and a chocolate balayage come to life and with many choices of salons to pick from at Rouse Hill Town centre, I’m glad I listened to my gut and picked them :). Definitely a salon to not be scared to try and trust with what you want done! It’s a bonus that the team is friendly :)

Always an incredible experience with the ladies at Hair Talks! The fact appointments are not over booked like other salon is unique and highly welcomed. You don't feel rushed or forgotten about when your timer goes off. The ladies put effort into all they do and I love my end result each appointment.

Great service here & have been going to get mine & my kids’ haircut done with Brittany. All are with friendly faces & with great haircut recommendations, & really love Hairtalks’ great service!
