Unbelievably poor logistically and their internal systems and communication were quite frankly a joke.Firstly, the person collecting the package received an email to say the package was delivered to my local news agency as she was not home for the delivery. She went there, and the new agent told her they didn't have it.I think i have now discovered it was there, but either the FedEx courier or their systems did not update. In fact, my package still says in my Shop tracking app that the package is still Out for Delivery!Through calling customer service we were able to get the news agency to register the package was there, but then the person who I shipped the package to got COVID and could not pick it up... this is where the real drama starts...My customer service agent had to go request through the FedEx News Agency Team to update the name of the person who would collect the package, but the News Agency Team never responded to my Customer Service agent's request ... that went on for 1 week and this was before Christmas (so presents relied on this). The only way I got my package in the end was the original person who had COVID finally got better and went and picked up the parcel. Again, that was about a week later.The one thing FedEx did well was hire a great Customer Service Agent, Abel Jamaluddin. He took my details, called me with updates (which were nothing, but at least he let me know) and emailed me to keep me informed.FedEx was used by a company I purchased a product from, I did not engage them directly and I never will.

Two days of failed delivery attempts, however I have been home both days. Address, contact number all correct on consignment. Very dishonest way of doing business, leaving onus on customers to chase up delivery via convoluted contact methods that take all day to get through.

Sitting here watching my package tracking. It has been sitting in Erskine Park for a week doing nothing. I've spoken to half of India and one guy in the Philippines (who told me that I have confusion in my head") about it

One star begrudgingly selected as I cannot submit this form with zero.I had a bike shipped from Melbourne to Brisbane.Picked up 21 April in MEL. Last seen at Erskine Park NSW on 24th.Despite dozens of phone calls TNT cannot tell me where the package is. They 'think' it was put on a truck bound for BNE in Erskine Park, but cannot confirm because it want scanned in.Its now 15 days later 8th May and they still have no clue. We are talking about a $12K bike here.Disgraceful. Next step is legal action

I give 5 ⭐️ because of their super helpful staff Nicolas.The system of Fedex ….. I think everyone know what I mean.Thank you for the help from Nicolas. Otherwise I don’t know if I can get the parcels yet. He helped me to arrange the best way that I could get it. He replied very fast and was very responsible.

Really disgusting service that I didn’t even choose, the person I bought my item off chose these scam artists. I’ve been made to cancel two whole days to play chase the parcel with these people. First day I’m told it’s on board for delivery so I wait all day only to get a text saying the driver attempted delivery and left a card. They did not. No card, I waited all day, nobody came.So the next day I call up and tell them I’m coming down there to pick the thing up since I live close enough. But sure enough as soon as I got to their reception they put the box on a truck, despite the fact that I called and specifically requested to pick it up and was assured that they most certainly won’t put it on a truck again.They will not respect your time and they will most definitely jerk you around. They don’t care. They were so unapologetic the entire process.DO NOT USE TNT/FedEx!!

I don’t understand why don’t you deliver my parcel. I’ve waited almost three weeks. 1 and half weeks living at your depot and you now guys can’t deliver due to restriction time. Now I gotta schedule a time with your garbage system you have running. I honestly can’t express how much I hate you guys.

Trying to find a phone number to speak to someone in Australia is impossible. Why do FedEx make it so difficult by directing all calls to Malaysia? Surely not to save money!

Super expensive package left in Adhoc three times in one day…Rubbish service. Can’t even deliver an express package. I took a day of work to wait for required equipment.. much appreciated. I’ve been in contact with apple and their backend will be in touch with you shortly.tnt website stated it was being delivered while still at the warehouse after talking with customer service. Very bad input regarding correspondence.This company only has one thing to provide which is a service and they can’t even do that. No matter how expensive the package, seriously DO NOT TRUST this business.I’m getting the same treatment as others and nothing is fixed as of today. Customer service also knew what was up before I said anything so I’m assuming there’s a common or recurring problem on the daily.Nonetheless my business associates and I will never use this company again. Useless rapscallions.
