Very disappointed at off hand approach and attitude here. Maybe we were not spending enough and it was a small job ?? but very special to us. I asked if they would call when ready to be picked up. We live a long distance a way. Response was they were too busy to make calls. The Framing of my son's Graduation Certificate looked good on collection. When I got it home we found a dirty mark on the certificate under the glass. I should have taken it back to be redone but we lost confidence in the professionalism of Masterpiece" framing. Went to a local competitor to have the job done properly."

Best framers around! I have been here several times now and each time am pleasantly surprised by the level of detail gone into the framing. Well priced also! I would recommend to anyone in Port Macquarie or surrounds looking to frame photos, certificates etc.
