Have been renting for years awesome people very friendly staff

I was bullied out of the house I was renting. I wasn't going to leave at the end of my lease when me and my family had nowhere to go at the height of covid. Karina Coves would not believe me when I told her my son and I had been put off even when I sent her proof. She got a form for me to appear in court. I went to a lawyer who told me the form was illegal for a number of reasons. But the judge allowed it and we were given 3 weeks to move.When we had left I said my bond cleaner would be there in a week. Karina said she would hire her cleaner as a week was too long. I received a bill 2 weeks later for $13,000.The cleaner was 2000. My cleaner quoted 1000. She hired 2 skips for A WEEK but she told me a week was too long as the house was being sold as her reason for using her cleaner and not mine. A glass door that had smashed after a rock from the mower hit it was $2000. I told her I had a glazier coming ...his quote and another company's quote was $500 and $550. But she wanted to use hers. When I said why is it so expensive? She said it's an unusually large piece of glass. No it's a standard size for sliding doors. When I asked for the receipt she went silent for a day. When I pursued it she emailed a receipt from Porter's for 900 and she said we decided to go with someone else. But why not my glazier? I'm paying after all. Abd why was it put on my account already for $2000 when it hadnt actually been fixed.She accused me of having my dog inside which was wrong. She charged me for carpet cleaning which is fine. But then she had another bill for carpet spraying for fleas then for carpet replacement. I contacted the pest controller and he said there was no fleas in that house.She is incompetent. She took me to court with a form that should have been issued to me 2 weeks after my lease expired, but was in fact 11 weeks after. So it was redundant but got accepted by the judge who committed a illegal act. My lawyer said to appeal it but I had enough by then. The reason we write told we had to leave was coz the owner was selling. I was told that right up to the end. Imagine my amazement when I saw the house in the rentals online with the rent put up.I heard others have had bad experiences with Vision. So I'm going to get a petition going abd put it online. The newspaper wanted to interview me about being homeless but I didn't want it in the paper that we are living in a garage.It's degrading, it's depressing, my youngest son says he wants to die but Karina is good. She's a liar and she is trying to get more money out of me than necessary. I don't know why but then her actions are very questionable. She says she's been a property manager for 15 years. I can't see why she hasn't been sacked as she isn't good at her job.I will persist in this as I have enough people telling me vision shouldnt have done this to me and my family. It was done through lies and deceit.But the worst part is our living standards are non existent and Karina would have blacklisted me. I started paying off that ridiculous bill until she added the flea spraying and carpet removal. How can she just keep spending my money like that? I'm homeless and she is still trying to ruin me.Last note....Karina Coves issued me with an abandonment notice because she drove past and didn't see my car and the lawn was unmowed. Thats because it had rained for 3 days and we had a mower man coming.But she took it upon herself to send an eviction due to abandonment ......dont rent through vision please. Terrible

Since moving to Mackay i have had Rochelle and Jada as my property managers. The ladies here assisted me with securing a property from Darwin before moving going over and above to make my move as easy as possible. I highly recommend these ladies to assist with all your property management needs and will continue to lease with vision.

We had a lot of problems with using this company . Lots of lies about the property we were buying and wouldn't answer calls.we talked with the sellers after settlementand they too had the same issues and lies. Be careful if you use these people.

Rochelle at vision is completely unreasonable. My partner was a tenant in a property managed by her. She would regularly drive past and email regarding the state of the yard. This includes times when it had been raining heavily. As a landlord myself I would hate to think my tenants would be harassed like that. Upon vacating the property, they were given no opportunity to fix any issues and were never supplied with quotes or invoices of work carried out to fix the issues. I would change property managers if they engaged in underhanded behaviour shown by this particular individual.

Lack of professionalism and communication. Would not recommend to other home owners looking for a Property Manager.

Seamless move into our rental. Great communication and professional and friendly workers.

Rochelle and her team have been amazing to deal with over the last 2 and a bit year. Very efficient and easy to deal with. Our place was sold and they all tried really hard to help us find somewhere else to live. I can’t not thank them enough.

Been renting in the past 10 years. This is the worst I have encountered so far, enough said.
