They seem to sell out of popular cosmetic items pretty frequently which shouldn't be a surprise. But it's disappointing to look on the website, see what you want, and then when you go in store they have maybe one of the five items you wanted.The staff are lovely though so it's got that going for it.

They had sold out of the product we were looking for, but they happily sent us to a competitor to make sure we got what we needed. It's obvious they value customer service. Will definately be returning here for other products if this is how they treat customers!

I forget to come here for bathroom supplies unless I am looking for something specific, on sale or cheaper prices. Googled the new Pantene range of shampoo and conditioner after I noticed it on sale for $10.50 at Woolworths. Priceline had it for $8.00. Very happy with that price. They also had every type and I was able to buy multiple in the range. Will definitely look more often.

Great place for skin and beauty products with items on sakes constantly

Bought a face mask click and collect this morning. Arrived at the store to be told they didn't have any. Lady was nice and offered a refund but Priceline needs to fix their website.

Attended the Half Price " sale.... signs EVERYWHERE

Great store. Was there to purchase some products for the wife, but I didn't what I was looking for, except for a poor screenshot from my phone as the only guide.I asked the staff for help, which they were glad to do so, showing them the items on the phone's screen. The wife advised that I needed to purchase her items as they meet a threshold that is required to receive a promotional item at the time for babies. She said that the total amount was approximately $45 but when I went to the checkout with the items selected by staff, it was only $33. To be eligible for the baby box promo, I had to spend at least $39, so the staff was happy to give it to me anyways.Later when I was at home, the wife advised that one of the creams that was picked up for me was incorrect and half the price that it needed to me, hence the $12 difference in value. Oh well.Overall, a nice store with friendly staff who do their best for their customers.
