Very bad service.Sold me rotten food and would not provide a refund or exchange. Very rude staff.

This store charges a 20c EFTPOS fee. Unacceptable.

I definitely do not recommend this Asian supermarket at all.Shop here a few times, customer service is real lousy. They are quite rude to us.Their prices are much higher compared to other Asian groceries in Cabramatta, Bankstown and Marrickville.Their products on offer are quite limited and some goods on the shelves are expired too.

Never take your kids to this shop unless you put handcuffs on them like police.I was a regular customer but the staff always come next to me and check what you do. Or making sure you don’t steal anything.It’s super uncomfortable every time.Most of staffs are rude but I was ok till there.I always try hard to ask my kids not to touch anything but since they are too young to understand they may touch some.One old lady staff EDUCATED my daughter instead of me.She said to my daughter“Don’t touch! Ok? Don’t touch!”She said this more than 10 times.My daughter was freeze, got shocked with fight back tears.So I said sorry to the staff first,and then asked her to say nicer.What she said was “ I didn’t even shout. she did something wrong so I said it’s wrong”She had to say only once to my daughter or if she wanna complain like this she had to say to the parents.Because that wasn’t the way I teach to my kids.But what can I say? She thought what my daughter did was a big problem to the shop.It doesn't matter how much or what you say because talking with these people useless at holding a conversation is a waste of time.But personally thought the old lady was too much.Really rude like you probably never seen before.

It's a smallish grocery store but has a really good selection of Asian items spanning Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indonesian, etc.. Price is really good and they have some good ongoing specials on stable items and fresh vegetables. Definitely my go-to store in Maroubra.

Super helpful staff and good selection of products. I found Zhacai which is VERY hard to get here for my recipes.
