Very easy to deal with and extremely professional. As we had not sold a property for many years, Mathew was very helpful in his advice which he gave freely before we had signed up with him. He worked really well with our property managers and dealt with our tenant with care and respect. Our property sold within a few days of listing with him and he secured a selling price at the top end of the price guide we were given. It was not an easy sale as our buyer was an overseas expat and only in the country for a short time. He work above and beyond to assist our buyer, respecting our tenant and keeping us in the loop at all times. We would highly recommend Mathew if you are looking to sell or buy a property.
