All Covered Beauty Head to Toe Treatments

I unfortunately made the mistake of going to a different company for location convenience . All I could think of whilst I was there was how much of a better job Nicole did compared to them. I would never go anywhere else but All Covered Beauty again.

I purchased a gift voucher for a friend for her birthday for a facial and massage. When she went to book she was told that they don’t do massages and offered two other services for the standard price. This was disappointing as it was a Groupon offer for multiple treatments however my friend still took up the offer for a pedicure and made an appointment. When the appointment was made and confirmed by the salon the salon asked for the Groupon details to be sent through prior to the appointment. My friend then confirmed the details three business days later (two days before the appointment) only to be told the appointment had been given to someone else regardless of the previous confirmation of booking.Such a disappointing experience for my friend for her birthday gift.If you can’t fulfil the offered service then you should not be advertising them for starters and secondly if you have booked an appointment and someone else wants that same time you don’t double book or if you aren’t sure wouldn’t you reach out to the client and double check before double booking?What has happened to customer service?

The ladies here are amazing and so helpful! Got a grupon a while ago which I didn't realize had expired 2 days before my treatment. I contacted them, and they still honoured it when they didn't have to! This is customer service at it's best!! They are total professionals and know their stuff! Highly recommend!

Nicole always makes me feel welcome and comfortable. She always does an amazing job I’ve only had waxing done but her and Jade have so many things to offer clients. No job to big or small, I like the friendly chat, the great results I get and it’s closer than you realise.
