My partner (Japanese national) and I commenced our relationship in July 2019. We made a clear decision to be together as life partners and with the intention for my partner to come and live with me, study and work in Australia. That is when I first came into contact with Ransnow from Southern Cross Immigration Services back in late 2019 where I was seeking advice regarding my options of bringing my partner to Australia permanently. Ransnow noted all my queries and information regarding our relationship and gave us options to look into.Prior to COVID-19, our initial plan was for my partner to arrive in Australia on his student visa and apply for the partner visa onshore. We made concrete plans for my partner to arrive in Australia in April 2020. However owing to travel restrictions imposed as part of the pandemic response, my partner was unable to travel into Australia. This is when Ransnow referred our case to Alla. Upon our first encounter, I knew I could trust Alla- she was very friendly and had extensive knowledge especially regarding Partner Visas. I spoke with Alla on many occasions regarding our situation and she was very understanding and patient with all of my requests and concerns.The 309 Partner Visa procedure was extremely difficult and confusing however, Alla clarified all my concerns and simplified everything for someone like me who has no prior knowledge regarding partner visas. She walked me through every step of the way and gave me constructive feedback and advice.She thoroughly assessed our evidence and she would tell us where we were lacking in evidence of. I often sent Alla emails and text messages- usually requesting to speak with her, and herself and her team (Parisa and Valerie) would always respond back very quickly and I was always left feeling at eased and entrusted in their good hands.Alla helped us lodge our 309 Partner Visa back in October 2020. During this period, Alla kept applying for the travel restriction exemption for us and regularly checked up on us with updating our evidence to the Department of Home Affairs. On 3rd February 2021, Alla and her team immediately contacted me and said that the officer from South Korea has requested for RFI. On 1st March 2021, Alla wrote back to me confirming that she has submitted everything on our behalf. The following 2 days, I got an unexpected call and text message saying our 309 visa was granted! We were beyond happy with the outcome and everyone was completely shocked at how short it took !If there are couples who are also interested in applying for Partner Visas, Alla and her team are perfect ! The one thing I love about them is how responsive and friendly they are. They are so knowledgeable and always happy to help! I cannot wait to return to Sydney and personally thank them myself with my partner ! We are so grateful towards them and just cannot recommend them enough !! I only have good things to say about them- They are amazing at what they do !! 10/10 for me !!!
