Very ordinary warranty process. I purchased a $1.5k set of clubs and a few had faulty coatings (peeling). So far it's been two weeks without response. I'm unable to play golf in the meantime. Ideally you'd take photographs and allow me to keep using clubs. Extremely unhappy to pay so much have them out of action more than I've used them.

Dealt with an individual named Ben, was an absolute delight to deal with, completely professional even with the extra distraction of a 2.5 year old toddler running around. Walked my partner through every step and made sure she was comfortable with the clubs she was swinging. Went out of his way to assist us at every opportunity and dealt with all of our questions. Will be back and will always recommend Drummond golf Underwood. Thank you once again Ben, you're a legend! Will also add that all of the staff are extremely helpful and a great pleasure. 10/10 experience.

I hate coming into this store. Every time I do, no one greets or offers to help me. I don’t know much about golf things only that my partner loves playing golf so sometimes I like to surprise him with some new golfing gears. Today is Father’s Day, he specifically told me he wanted the Adidas Tour360 polyester shoes, I go into the store, see them on the shelf and walk over to the checkout area to see if they had his size and different colour to not only be pushed in line, but ignored. I’ll never go into that store again. Just ruined my mood for the day and now I don’t have my partners Father’s Day gift.

Dan the man! This store has exceptional staff evident with the review about Ben, and Dan is no different. Really really pleased with the service from Dan, he walked my partner through a fitting for irons every step of the way, dealt with all of his questions (all 1000 of them), never once got frustrated and he kept reassuring my partner on shafts, thoughts and feels during the swing. Was almost like a lesson and fitting in one. My partner was a nervous wreck the entire time but Dan had him walking out of the store full of confidence and excitement for his next round. Job well done from the amazing team at Drummond Golf Underwood!!

A couple of days ago I made an appointment with Dan to get fitted for a complete new set of clubs. I arrived there this morning and I was made to feel welcome. After an hour or so with Dan's help , expertise,patience and genuine advice, I finally found the perfect match for my game. I recommend this store and Dan in particular to anyone needing golfing goods. Thank you Dan. Keep up the great work

Just went to buy some supplies and I was looking at a new putter and as soon as my son touched a putter one of the staff rushed over to tell me that it is a $700 putter and my son must not touch it even though he did not damage anything l, I felt the hostility and immediately left the store.Also the worst customer service, all staff hides and don't greet you don't ask if to assist you with anything.I have always supported the store but I will never again set foot in any Drummond golf store again, it was just a horrible experience.

These guys are always very helpful whenever I come in. They will help you choose the most suitable product for your game. I went in to try the Taylor Made P790 irons and after seeing me hit the ball and discuss what I was looking for, recommended the Ping i210 irons as they were more suited to my game. Great thing about that was that it was the right advice and I saved about $80 an iron too so was a win win.
