Clinipath Pathology Wellard

EDIT: I have since been to other branches of clinipath and dealt with staff at other locations and been most impressed with the service. I would not hesitate to attend Clinipath again at a different location. Wellard obviously has problem with their system and customer service.You are asked to ring a bell and take a number. After doing both i waited 40mins before enquiring how much longer it would be as i was feeling faint from fasting. I was told they didn't know I was here (ahhh..bell...number!) And they had seen several people in that time (Stupid thing to say to a sick, hungry person) and they couldn't do my test in any case. Go elsewhere if u can.

The hematologist was awesome, she is very good at what she does!

The medical center opens at 7.30 however the pathology doesnt start until 8. On arrival at 8 there was already 6 people waiting. Another 2 arrived after me and one was called ahead of the queue making everyone visibly upset as we had already been waiting 45mins at this point. Ended up leaving and going to another clinic as I was very unwell and I doubted i would be seen in the next hour

Maybe if the young girl stopped giggling and taking 15 minutes to see a patient I wouldn’t have walked out and gone to the other pathology in the area.

The lady working today was very lovely

They claim to open at 8 am. I went in there at 8 and was the very first customer but I was still made to wait 45 minutes for no apparent reason. Had to just leave without getting the tests done.
