After spending over $280 on R.M William products the week before, when we asked to try on some boots for size we were told by a tall male worker it takes at least 20 minutes to size you up

Everything you could want with clothing, shoes, boots and hats ever! Staff are super switched on putting together outfits in minutes. Great service and amazing product knowledge. The range of product in this store is huge and is a must visit for any occasion. Great local, family owned business.

Terrible customer service. The lady was completely uninterested in helping us with boot sizing. She had automatically assumed we were there to “waste her time” and not make a purchase. Also was very judgmental when we asked for a specific style of boot. Not sure why she thinks she had the right to turn her nose up at us and turn down what could have been a $700 sale. I’m shocked at how unnecessarily rude she was.

Just bought a new pair of Blundstone 585's from Wallace's for a great price, and was so happy with their customer service. We were helped immediately by a very helpful and kind sales assistant called Sam, and I love my new boots. My husband and I had just been treated very poorly by customer service at the camping disposals store down the road, so it was great to be treated with kindness and respect at Wallace's. Thank you.

So disappointing first day of open up from lock down 2!people in the shop working I am assuming as neither one said hi greeted me or asked if I needed help guess I will be buying on line as I have been doing as the customer service from face to face is poor
