0 stars would be a hit for this place. Unfortunately I cannot go to -100 on reviews. Ordered a spicy fried chicken burger which does not include bacon. Received the burger an hour ago with a burnt chicken pattie and bacon on a burger which comes standard without bacon. I did pay extra for the spicy sauce but instead they decided to give bacon instead of what the customer orders. To add on. The very rude young lady at the counter made the experience mich worse(almost as bad as the poor cooks food) this was on the 19th of May 2023. I surely hope the business looks into this franchise which is ruining the name of the chain with rude and poor staff which produce poor food which I would never go back to.if you read this please avoid.

Went here a while ago, the food was cold, low quality, and took almost 15 minutes. The employees were lazy, disrespectful, and disgusting. One spent their time eating half an icecream behind the desk, and another employee let a bunch of kids in the lounge area mess around, break things, and cause a scene. Managers did nothing to stop this, and was instead rude. They should pick their managers wiselyDisappointed

Slow and careless of customers time, and seemed to be caring more about cleaning an hour before closing rather than clearing their back log of orders. Rather pathetic and sad to see of a place that was pretty decent.

disappointed..My partner got 5 small crumbed chicken bits. Nothing like the ads, with a med chips and a med warm flat coke. Forgot the sauce, all for $20. My Carolina burger tasted ok despite the lack of crispy onion. Flat warm coke again.

I just can't emphasize how terrible this hungry jacks is.Everytime I order something is missing and it takes a really long time. They are completely useless. This time when I ordered on Menulog, they had a handwritten post it with the order saying Sorry Wrap not available

Absolutely poor service. I couldnt eat my first grilled chicken burger as it was too hard. Tiny bit of salad. Took it back & they said they would make another and it would take 5-10 minutes. 20 minutes later & after asking multiple times l finally got my burger. It was worse than the first. I will never eat here again.

I was lonely hunger anime enjoying and my stomach had the need to feed! My heart sorrows for breakfast tomorrow so once the sun came up I got up and went down to this fine place of luxury and ordered a kids meal to enjoy and take in each bite with tender love and care once I was finished I got up and proudly walked home feeling fresh and full now I live my live with joy and pride!❤

Disappointing! I come here semi regularly for dinner. Tonight in my sons chips, there was 8 CHIPS! F**king disappointing. Unfortunately we came all the way home before I gave them to him. What a joke!

Service was absolutely disgraceful. No customer service at all from the staff. Went through drive through and instead of saying the full order, the guy said half of it then when corrected was defensive. Then waited 20 mins for two meals and bottles of water which were forgotten. Had to go in after the 20 mins for our drinks which I was met with standing there for 5 mins for service as 3 staff members looked at me but not one acknowledged me. If these people think this is ok they need to wake up. Honestly disgusting service.

This hungry Jacks is so rundown, the sign is nearly fallen off the side of the building, and it looks like it’s all mouldy disgusting probably cockroach infested. Sad but I only got a coffee and it was bloody poorly made big clunck of sugar in the bottom for my first sip it was so not delightful.I don’t recommend this place until they start fixing things up around there!NOT HAPPY AT ALL!
