Do not engage Steve Munro for any services. We lived at a property he built (338 Orrong Rd, Caulfield) and for 6 months Steve lied to us regarding a major leak we experienced. On 6 separate occasions he came out (sometimes unannounced), disturbing our quiet enjoyment informing us he has identified the leak and knows how to repair. On the 7th occasion, 6 months later, he admitted he did not know where the leak was coming from. We had to use VCAT to get out of the property. They paid us a small amount in compensation also. The building has structural damage and needs to be tore down. He is not an honest man and I would not use his services as a tradesman. Save yourself the headache and find another more reputable company
