The staff are well trained, knowledgeable about their stock and their main concern is find shoes that really fit your needs. Shoes are attractive, durable and stylish too. They're not cheap, but they are make it easier to walk that extra mile with a smile.

I just left this shop with a big smile on face! Amazing service! The lovely lady spent nearly an hour to help me choose two pairs of shoes that makes it possible to walk around with my fibromyalgia! I am a returned customer and I will never buy shoes from any where else! Thank you so much for caring, lovely personality and your amazing service

Great quality shoes and incredible service.Spent a day looking around at different stores but the service of the owner and the lovely lady working that day kept us with them.Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and allowed me to try several shoes on in order to show me the difference for my wider type of foot aswell as why some of the canvas type shoes were a little too shallow for my orthotics.Took a pair that didn't quite match some of the styles I was chasing, the owner was more than happy to listen and offer me to come back for a remedy. Picked out an alternative leather shoe and love it! Ended up with new and better quality orthotics with them. Didn't make me feel guilty once for just making a slightly wrong choice. Will shop here whenever I can from now on!

Assistant Dom very attentive knew immediately which style of shoe would suit and give the appropriate support my feet obviously needs. Nothing seemed a bother . Would highly recommend this store for the range of footwear and service. I bought two pairs of shoes.

Best service! Spent an hour with Dom trying on many pairs of shoes. Dom was attentive and patient the entire time. Walked out with two pairs of shoes to fit my hefty orthotics.Will definitely return.

Only place to go to get shoes. Great range and very knowledgeable and helpful salespeople. I have ‘problem feet’ and they always manage to get me the most comfortable and beautiful shoes.

If you want rude customer service, discriminating attendants and overpriced shoes then I would suggest here.Every person who walks in is a potential customer no matter what they look like, what they're wearing or how big their budget is.To treat someone with courtesy and respect is the motto of customer service, be the person that makes their day better or get a new job.Won't go back and I suggest no one else goes there also.

My first time going to the shop. Was contemplating if I should go to Garden City or other places for familiarity. I was surprised the store has been around for 30 years and I've been living in the area for almost 25 years. The store does have many choice of shoes and I could see the shoes I was interested in, only I couldn't know which is suitable for my need.This is where the shop excels and I am happy I chose to go the shop instead going to other places. It is the service. At a shop owned by a family, they provide more personal service for my shoes need. I got to try many different shoes to try and was given a recommendation which shoes is the best fit. I could tell that he did have an extensive knowledge about shoes. Even when my wife asked if there's any shoes available in her size, just by looking at her current shoes, he already could tell her size is really small. That alone tells me that he wasn't there to just make a sale.I know from experience in the past going to other big shoe stores, the staff was there to do their work, selling shoes. Few did have interest in me, they have their knowledge, but not to the extent of making sure the shoes will work for me.The only downside I see was the parking, it's not the easiest to get. There is one car bay only for the shop though, I was lucky to get the spot.Overall, I am impressed with the experience I had with the shop and definitely will recommend it.
