Very experienced hairdresser with great relationship skills. Great balance between listening to his clients and yet not afraid to offer his professional opinion courteously. He's clearly getting tons of repeat business, most of the other clients seemed to know Alain by his first name! Would definitely go back again.

The best hair cuts, styling and colouring I have ever had in a friendly vibrant salon with competitive pricing. They also cut and style for my teenage children. The owner and other stylist are both French and they bring this flair to their work. While they both speak perfect English, you can brush up on your French if desired! Easy / free parking as well. I highly recommend this business.

It’s always such a pleasure to visit Alain’s salon, top notch hair colouring and haircuts by both Alain and Priscilla.Have been coming here for many years for highlights and haircuts, as well as my son, and always leave very happy.Very friendly and caring atmosphere and service!

Amazing service! My hair has never been cut better before! Staff is so friendly and professional. Will not be going any place else! The salon is super clean and extremely COVID-19 safe, and I have always felt extremely safe and in good hands going there. I could not ask for better quality and kindness. Can't wait for next time!!

Highly recommend - Absolutely amazing hairdresser! Not only is their services top quality but customer service is next to none. Even when you are not in for a hair cut Alain and Patricia are always there for a chat or a friendly wave. They are a foundational part of the Castlecrag community and I promise they won't disapoint! Its not just a haircut it is an great and friendly experience :)

I love every single thing he has done with my hair, he always does such an an amazing job, with incredible recommendations to make you look FANTASTIC. On top of being beautifully cut, the service with Alain is always incredible, he is so nice to talk to, always willing to have a chat, and so caring and attentive. The salon is such a welcoming environment, the staff is super friendly and professional, and every time I go there, I’m always certain to have a good time.
