Until today I frequented this petrol station almost everyday for 4 months to purchase food. not anymore my last few weeks the amounts charged and change given have been wrong in their favour only once in mine. The customer service weekday morning is nonexistent to the point staff are gossiping rather than serving customers. They give you the impression that your annoying rather than a paying customer. It’s the most convenient for me but after this last month of consistent bad service I’ll go out of my way to avoid this place from now on.

Apparently I misunderstood what a convenience store is. It is definitely not 7-11. Want hot food in the middle of the night...even a sandwich..? Find a McDonald's or another service station. This particular store is consistently out of stock during the night. I doubt the franchisee knows how to run a business..

Rude owners and management. Staff is asking customers questions like are you from India? Very disappointed by the level of service and professionalism. The woman who is one of the owners as well is always on the phone at the counter talking in a foreign language in front of the customers without any empathy. They are very rude as well especially the owner woman. Pathetic and ridiculous service and management.

Always go there for coffee before starting my work.. I specially want to thank lady named muskaan always very good and polite while serving .and like always when I went for coffee this afternoon., she served me very politely and a beautiful smile on her face. everytime she is at counter I'm never disappointed .

Nice and clean station. Worth a visit. Coffee machines are always clean. Love their spinach ricotta rolls. Staffs were friendly and even provided more details about locking of price and fuel cards. Great service.

If I could give it a 0 stars I would, was served by a muslum lady today that didn't even say one word to me after greeting her and telling her my bowser number. Was pretty rude and was silent the whole interaction with not one word spoken, really off-putting when you're starting your day. No greeting and no goodbye, didn't even ask if I wanted my receipt either. Disgusting customer service.
