Bunnings Taree

Usually at Taree Bunnings the staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful, except for yesterday afternoon, Sunday 12th February where there were two women at the checkout at the garden end section. We found them to be more interested in their conversation than assisting us. When they did decide to acknowledge it was 'yeah'. On the way to pay once again they were rude, ignoring a comment made in general conversation and totally disinterested in their job. Very disappointing customer service. Thank you Brenda Eves

Always went to bunnings a long time ago, now i hardly go there, unless it's for a easy coffee trip.Service is very poor and lacking, it use to be friendly and inviting, now you barely get a hello from staff and barely even get one from the checkouts when checking it.Store is cluttered and not very friendly to navigate around, when you can barely fit a trolley through the main aisles.

i looked up the products i wanted on Bunnings website and it told me what isle and bay it was in. i found this an amazing feature which saved lots of time. in fact Bunnings is the only store that has this feature that im aware of. on the way in i was greeted with a friendly manner. upon checking out and paying for my products, i had a smooth, fast and friendly customer service experience. thanks Bunnings Taree and keep up the good work :)

This extends to most bunnings I’ve been to, they all have the same attitude.I am absolutely disgusted in bunnings customer service. All the employees bunch together and talk to each other and when I ask for help they literally look at me as if it was rude for interrupting them and I ask where an item is and they point somewhere and say oh it’s somewhere over there and continue their conversation. Or if someone doesn’t want to assist me in product information they tell me to see someone else and that person tells me to see someone else or they can’t/cant be bothered to help. You guys basically have all the market for hardware and it’s disgusting that you treat people this way knowing that businesses and consumers need bunnings. I was getting pavers and besser blocks clearly struggling no one offered to help. People standing around yawning gossiping and doing nothing only helping themselves to the fridge for a drink. Instead of having someone at the door saying hi and bye and checking receipts how about hire someone that actually helps you in store? Thanks

Thank you to team member Janine who helped me to my car just now, even though she had clearly just finished her shift. This mum with her hands full and heavy trolley appreciates your help immensely.

Staff are usually very helpful and friendly. However today whilst in the gardening section we needed a trolley, my husband went to get one and was told there were none available and to go out into the car park to get one. He has a heart condition so this is not as easy as it seems. Staff not helpful today.

Just had to say Bunnings Taree staff are always friendly and helpful and the selection is great but Belinda in the garden centre was so helpful this afternoon with advice and info I needed for my garden and I really appreciate this assistance and friendliness

Very friendly & helpful staff. This is an excellent bunnings. I left off a star due to them often being out of simple item stock.
