I am writing this review to commend Hand Dryers Direct for its superior customer service. I wanted a hand dryer for home use and in particular one model from Dyson, the Airblade V White. I did some research online and found Hand Dryers Direct with the cheapest price advertised. I have some questions about the functions of the hand dryer and warranty so I contacted them. James took the call, answered all my questions which give me the confidence to go ahead purchasing the unit. I then ordered the Dyson hand dryer as well as a backing plate via their website. The order was delivered within 3 days, pretty quick.Then came the installation where I found out that the backing plate is not required so I asked James if I could return it. James happily agreed and immediately gave me the refund then went on to organise for Uber to collect the plate (we are both in Melbourne). I offered to share the Uber's cost but he refused.
