Probably the best customer service I've received in a long time. I was served by the lovely Cecilia and she was a great help. The store is small but their range really caters to any skin type. Cecilia gave me a free skin test to determine my skin type before suggesting the best products suites to my needs. She also through in a few sample masks for me to experiment with and was just an all-round beautiful person. Can't recommend this place enough! Moderate price point but definitely worth a few extra dollars with the quality AND quantity you receive.

I went here one afternoon and was greeted and served by a lovely lady named Kat. She explained to me about the benefits of the Tea Tree range, and recommended which products I should try out first. She also had exceptional customer services skills.

The British Rose toner from the Body Shop not only smells divine, it also leaves your skin feeling soft and cool. It is lovely going on and doesn't dry the skin out., instead it felt fresh and nice.

The older woman was very rude and unprofessional. I did the right thing and QR coded into the store and the employee proceeded to do a head count and announce that there were three too many people in the store. I happily said that my daughters and myself would leave. Another lady and her daughter kindly said they were leaving, however there was still one too many. I was waiting for my daughters, but the employee looked at me and said abruptly with a nod thank you for your understanding and goodbye". I stood outside the door and waited for someone to leave. When I did re enter the store

I felt the cashier was talking down to me when I was trying out the hand cream. It wasn't if I was there to abuse the free samples. I bought one of their products today. I would have bought the hand cream if I didn't feel like I was treated like a street urchin.
