Excellent service by all the team. I picked up my : Moscow Plus 27.5 after waiting for the stock to arrive. Jamal was great to deal with stuck by his commitment to provide the same deal I would have got about 2/3 months ago when they ran out of stock. I caught up with Kunal at Bridgre Rd today and he arranged for the accessories to be connected. Gave me a quick run down of the bike loaded it in the back of the car and away I went.10 out of 1o highly recommend the taem for customer service and follow up . Great experience from everyone @Hi5 ebikes.Made my online purchase for NCM Moscow + black 29 but was told they are out of stock which was a good thing because I ended up getting the 27.5" which was in stock and was the perfect size for my height ect.Delivery was super quick even in lockdown.The bike is a dream to ride even though I hadn't had the chance to test comphrensivly with a big ride.Another thing they have a Gold & Silver package which comes with accessories like lights

Find the bike is nice to use as I am riding with a group on mainly bike paths consisting of concrete , bitumen and gravel . Tracks with steep and long rises are now handled with a greater degree of ease making the longer rides more enjoyably. I don't know anything about your bikes, but your advertisement strategies are very invasive, we found multiple flyers from your company in our front door, not even in the mail box. Have some respect for people and for your company.

ordered my et720 on the Sunday, bike arrived on Thursday, unfortunately due to bad weather, I couldn't try it till the Sunday, let me say this, this is an excellent bike, I haven't ridden in over 30 years, I Mae round trip of 23 klms, which has plenty of decent hills, bike performed unreal, and made riding a pleasure , I'm looking forward to many rides, by the way the service from leon cycles was nothing short of fantastic

I order my F720 E bike on a Sunday and it arrived from Sydney to Port Douglas just over a week later.Having unpacked the bike and set about unfolding it and setting up which was a very easy task. The guide that came with the bike is very helpful in achieving this.The crew at Hi 5 were very helpful to me during ordering and delivery and then again after setup answering all of my questions promptly and in a friendly manner.I am very happy with my bike and the sales and service all the way and I gladly recommend Hi5 to you without hesitation.

I have to say that Jamal, Manos and Biak provided me with the best customer service I have ever experienced. Right from the beginning to the end they were so helpful, so professional and so kind. I ordered the bike on Monday and to my surprise it arrived via courier on Wednesday. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size and didn't realize until it was assembled but Jamal and his team were so amazing that they were happy for us to return it for an exchange.I just love the NCM Moscow + that I purchased it is so powerful and such good quality. I took it for an 11km ride today for my first ride. I crossed all terrains including grass, corrugated track, mud, hills and road. It was just so beautiful to ride. I highly recommend the bike (5 stars) and highly recommend Hi-5 bikes, Jamal and his team (5++++ stars).Thank you all so much : )
