Just had a full ducted reverse cycle AC installed. James the salesperson was very friendly and easy to deal with. Christian and the install team did an excellent job installing the system and left the place clean.I would definitely recommend Mouritz.

Initially I accepted a quote from a very well known A/C installer (not Moritz) however following pretty good service from the sales person I then received quite poor service and communications regarding an actual installation date. I cancelled the acceptance and then proceeded with Mouritz at more or less the same price for the same job. Wow! Great communication at every stage from a number of office staff in a very timely fashion. The installation team were excellent - polite, professional, tidy and expert again with good communication. The sales consultant was also excellent, no pressure and provided good advice. I would not hesitate to recommend Mouritz Air.

Mouritz was great to deal and the only ones to insist on a site visit before quoting.Darren was very knowledgable and clearly considered the house design and how we use the house to ensure the system worked optimally, suggesting additional air return and jumper ducts to work with how we section off the house rather than just offer the cheapest and easiest solution. Scott and team followed through with a quality install without rushing the job, even though it was well past clock off on a Friday. Highly recommend

From the outset the service was fantastic. We had James call us back from an online enquiry and spoke at length with us about different systems, answered all questions, and made suggestions based on our situation. From this conversation we decided to go ahead with the purchase. James came to our house and inspected areas to place the unit and was even more personable face to face. The timeframe for install from that initial call was relatively short, only a few weeks, considering it was the peak of summer. The install team were sub-contractors, and were very professional, friendly, and courteous. They advised that there would be a fair amount of mess but that it would be like they weren't even here when they left, and this was completely accurate. The lead tradesman even sealed up the external hole in the wall from the old unit. I was really impressed with their work.The unit itself is awesome. It is quiet, and cools the house quickly and gently, as in doesn't come billowing out and feel like you're going to be swept away. You don't really notice it on. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the experience.

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Mouritz, right from the start of receiving the detailed quote, to having our new ducted heater installed. Communication has been excellent along the entire process, continually informed of the next step. Highly recommend this company.

Good sales, design, price estimation and workmanship quality. No issues on installation day. 10.5 Kw zoned ducted cooling and heating keeps our home comfortable no matter the weather outside. Supports remote operation on my phone even while away from home. Interest free payments for 24 months.

Not disappointed...I recently had Mouritz supply and install a fully ducted air con system on the recommendation of my son. From beginning to end (quote to cleanup) the process was seamless, despite the fact that I had to postpone the installation date because of other other renovation works being done at the same time. The skip bin arrived one day and disappeared the next, and no unsightly mess left by the installation guys who worked quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

Very impressed with Mouritz! From enquiry to installation, it was a 10/10! James recommended the right system for our house. In other words did not rip us off. The installers were great people! Professionals and highly efficient! Reception were very friendly and quick to pick up the phone too! The house is freezing cold! Definitely recommend!

We had a complete Fujitsu R/C Air Conditioner installed and would highly recommend Mouritz Air Conditioning Willetton.We are very happy with everything that was done from start to finish. All dealings from Phone calls to and from the office staff were prompt and professional.A special thanks to the installers Luke, Bruce and Jordan. It was a huge job to remove all the old R/C Air Con and install a complete new system. They were extremely polite and professional. Have to say Luke the Electrician is a great young guy who takes pride in his job and worked in well with the positioning and installing of the wall mounted controller.Also would like to add a big thank you to Reece who did a great job on installing 3 Loop vents 5 weeks later. Definitely recommend this company, very professional, thanks guys.
