Spendless Shoes

Poor customer service. Walked in with my mother and sister, wasn’t greeted or asked if we liked any assistance. My mother saw a pair of shoes she liked on went to get them in a box and the worker began screeching “ Darl! Darl don’t grab from the pile “. When my mother tried asking what the problem was she kept saying “ Darl you can’t you can’t grab from the pile “. No attempt made to give my mother advice where else she could get the shoes in the shop.It was just rude of the worker to not greet us, not ask to assist us, and then calling a customer Darl. Most likely will not come back due to the poor customer service and this worker had lost them a sale from 3 potential customers due to her attitude.

Drive 40 km to attend the store that is advertised as 5.30 closure only to be turned away by the lady at 4.45, even after telling her we drive 40 km just for this she still just said “sorry but we are closed, and that’s policy”.
