Great experience as a first home buyer. Jeff and his team are very polite and professional. They were happy to answer all of my probing questions and speedily organise for inspections and contract corrections. Avoid this agency at all costs.Editing review due to change of management. After being long term tenants, we were advised of a 40% rental increase so had to move. After notifying them of this, their behaviour was appalling and they made the process as difficult as possible. Will not be returning to Merrylands First National Real Estate. They have absolutely no care for tenants.
