Little Mulgrave National Park
Amazing area to explore, the mountains offer some great hiking, with trails from easy the difficult, the river is beautiful as it meanders through the valley, with swimming holes and places to wet a line if your inclined to do so, areas to camp and picnic along the river in different areas, lower sections don't have any facilities, however the upper reaches do.

Second time l've been here. Better on a clear day, although there were sugar cane fires on the coast near Edmonton that day.

Beautiful tranquil area. The Little Mulgrave flows down ftom the mountains, ususlly crystal clear through farmland and rainforest. It passes the Orchid Garm and the clasic old pub, The Mountain View Hotel. Excellent area to have a swim and a bit of lunch.

A beautiful part of North Queensland with scenery that will astonish. Just make sure you swim in areas that don't have crocodile signs up since there have been a few sightings recently.

Little Mulgrave National Park
Very winding road, with deep gutters because of tropical rainfall. Gutters are not covered and drop offs will break an axle. Be patient and enjoy the view, just keep your eyes on the road.

Beautiful National Park at the bottom of the Gillies Range road with plenty of fresh water swimming holes.
