Beware of this place.Poor quality of products. I bought 3 rose pants and all of them died within 3 weeks. Considering roses are very hard to kill this was an unpleasant surprise.Went tot he shop to tell them that the roses are close to dying. The response that I got was - Roses are 'seasonal' so just cut the remaining stem and they will bounce back. No other explanation or offer just that roses are seasonal and to cut them off and they will come back.

The worker/owner followed us the ENTIRE time making for a slightly uncomfortable. The garden section was ridiculously overgrown, full of weeds and the floor was incredibly slippery with algae. I would have guessed this was abandoned. We bought 1 plant a very large bird of paradise for $35 which is an amazing price. It is just desperate for a replant.

Really helpfull staff. Got great collection of indoor and outdoor plants. Its been few times now I bought plants from them. Plant Scarlet nursery is best in western area in terms of plant collection and price. Really recommend them.

Had been to the Melon branch and surprised with the large collection of rare plants especially Asian collections. Must visit place.The attached curry leaves plant was recovered by their fertiliser supplies.

They have an amazing selection of plants and trees at a reasonable price.Antony is very friendly and extremely helpful with my 100 questions about plants :)Fabulous place to pick up indoor and outdoor plants. What a pleasant experience and a stunning place!

Melton nursery: Very very poor customer service. Disrespectful and unnecessary comments. Not good quality plants and half of the plants looked sick. Unkept and poorly set up place. Really need to learn some manners and learn how to talk. Never going there.
