On The Ball Bathrooms

My bathroom reno from Simon and his team at On the Ball Bathrooms was a just awful. The quality of work was substandard from start to finish. The tiling and grouting was beyond appalling. Beware, don't be sucked in by their staged website and social media, like I was. They quote cheap prices and you get cheap results. In the end I have had to redo their work.

Bathroom renovations can be daunting, but the brilliant team at On the Ball (lead by James & Shane) worked with us step by step to achieve our dream bathroom. Thanks guys!

On the ball did a marvellous job doing the bathrooms for my daughter 10 years ago so I thought I would get them around to give us quote for us.My daughter is very fussy so I knew if she was happy ours would be a piece of cake, after great consultation from James putting it all together (he wasn’t pushy!) we pretty much signed off straight away.We have just have our second bathroom completed and the team has been honestly fantastic. Everyone was on time they finished when they said and waterproofed way too much as we were worried about the walls leaking.Simon was great to chat to throughout organising the team and he was there to fit it all off for us at the end. Entire crew from initial consult to fit off were amazing to deal with even through a bunch of delays when we couldn't get our tiles in time :( can not thank the team enough for our wonderful bathroom would use again.

On The Ball Bathrooms.We received an online quote (after sending them some photos) which they happily adjusted and even reduced to meet our requirements. Their quote was well below that of a competitor and they were happy for me to do some of the work to reduce costs further.All Tradesmen that came to the job were punctual and respectful of our needs and our house. They cleaned up each day after themselves. I was happy to leave them a key while I was at work. I couldn't fault their work and would definitely recommend them to anyone. I received an email notification telling me when a person was coming and if there was a change I was consulted immediately.The tiling is fantastic. We chose mitred corners instead of metal trim and off setting the large 600 by 300 tiles which came up brilliantly. The drains look great too with the inlaid tiles.Our bathroom looks amazing. Our bathroom was done quickly, slotting us in amongst their other jobs, while doing an outstanding job.I would recommend On The Ball Bathrooms to anyone thinking of renovating.

Simon, James and the team did an amazing job on my bathroom renovation in Bayswater.Me and the mrs had big ideas of opening up the room and James from the day we met him listened to what we wanted and we couldnt be happier even after we bugged them to do the waterproofing 5 times! We were stressed after the last renovator did a dodgy job.From day one the team were on time and any small or big issue that came up the boys were here to fix it up. We did have an issue with some Tapware after they had finished but they came the same day and fixed it up.Couldn’t recommend Simon and the boys more.Thanks Duncan and Wendy

We engaged on the ball bathrooms for a complete renovation of our laundry, bathroom and toilet. As the work progressed, and was continually delivered, we expanded the scope to include hallway and three bedrooms. We replaced, floors, ceilings, and gutted old wardrobes for a near immaculate and clean finish to our old 70's house. The final renovations were not the most affordable option but are easily justified by the quality of work, elegance of design and attention to detail for our renovations. Simon brought with him excellent workmanship and tradesman that delivered during the difficult times of COVID. Each step was clearly communicated and approved by us in person, down to the detail of positioning wall fittings. Simon corrected previous shoddy workmanship and ensured delivery of the beautiful home he had promised. Highest recommendation. Thank you Simon and Jack plus the whole team

We finally bought our very first home and the bathrooms were very old, dated and dirty!We contacted James at OTB to take care of the job as they came recommend from my Dad and the entire process was great.The house being so old we came across a ton of issues and I learnt a lot during the process but Simon and the team worked hard to make a room falling apart work again. There were a few delays due to unforeseen stuff but that happens and I couldn’t be happier with the end result.The job was a really top finish and I love showing my friends on Insta.Thanks again from the Gallagher Family

Love my new bathroom & laundry. James & Simon are awesome to deal with. Listened to what I wanted, came in on our budget and on time. Their experience was key. Jack & the team put it together well and nothing was too much trouble. I would happily recommend them.
