Dromana Accident Repair Centre

Have been using Tony and his team for 10+ years (in both Dromana and Coburg) and wouldn't trust anyone else with the repair of my vehicle. Recently had an accident in my Mercedes Benz E350 and it was repaired to brand new condition. Cannot recommend him and his team enough.

Brian and his team did a insurance job on my wife’s car I could not have asked for a more professional job,then they resprayed my 67 mustang roof and rear guards and the paint match was perfect very happy with their work could not recommend them more highly

I had my Suzuki Ignis there for five plus months waiting for parts. My son popped the tyre and drove around with it still drove it around on the rim as he didn't realise what had occurred doing significant damage. I had to constantly ring to find out what was going on with the car and updates, but after almost 5 months, they would contact me about once a week. I was told that I could have the courtesy car when it came back in as I was having to catch Ubers to add from my nursing job, which was getting extremely expensive. But I never did receive the car to make things a bit easier on myself. After picking up the car, I discovered that my antenna was missing, my disabled sticker too and already a front light casing on the side that was fixed has fallen off and no one is excepting responsibility for it. I did however find my disabled sticker and my spare glasses in the bin in the back of the car!At least my car is fixed now but I wonder what else is going to go wrong with it? Overall, I'm not very happy with the whole experience.

Brian and his team did great job fixing my ding. i am pretty fussy about my car and was apprehesive about the repair coming up to it, but i was very pleasantly surprised with the result. it did need a minor trim adjustment but that was done very quickly and thoroughly. without any fuss. all together a first class job with excellent customer service and support

A busy little shop, I took my car to Dromana Accident Repair after an accident and within two weeks I had the car back.
