Ordered online delivery, waited over an hour and a half, ended up going and collecting myself, they couldn't be bothered with the drinks, guess that's my loss, didn't bother to tell us they had no tenders or patties (some items where burgers and rippa rolls) so they had shredded chicken on everything, chips were cold and stale, do not waste your time or money here

It’s alright chickens a bit dry but usually pretty quick as there is usually no one there. The prices are a bit up there to but I mean it’s take away so who cares. Another bad thing they ALWAYS FORGET YOUR SAUCES/ SIDES

The wait time for what was ordered and the amount of people there was nothing short of ridiculous (& I'm quite patient)The service was reasonably friendly (pretty sure she'd just had enough for one day - poor girl looked drained) and at least the nuggets were fresh and tasty

Extremely disappointed with the service received. Tried to order Red Rooster via Menulog start of the week and it was canceled on their end. Tried to order tonight and it happened again. Called the store to ask for some guidance and why this is happening, we were told to try again so we did and then was informed that their driver was off. I understand people take time off or are sick etc however it’s disappointing the customer service we received, the gentleman was blunt and not polite at all through out the whole conversation. We get it can be busy, but it’s not hard to be kind and provide a standard of customer service.

terrible feed compared to other red roosters. Brisbane's airport and Sydney airport make put this one to shame. the food as not great at all. The chicken in my Flayva wrap was cold and hard. also felt like the whole place could do with a good clean.

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered online for delivery due at 7pm. No phone call from them to say it would be late. I had to try and phone them about 5 times before someone would answer the phone. When they did finally answer I was told the driver left 15 mins ago with 3 deliveries (this was at 7:20) then to be told my food shouldn’t be too cold. Worse service ever. Just don’t even try them.

Terrible service. Waited over an hour and a half for a burger combo to be delivered and then was cold when it finally arrived. Wouldn't bother ordering from this place again.
