Shine car wash cafe

First time client at Shine Car Wash. I had a full interior/exterior detailing completed today Sunday 19 Feb 23 very impressed with the job that was done by the staff who were professional, friendly they explained everything that they were going to do. Upon pick up of my very impressive clean dog hair free car. The staff went over the car with me to ensure l was happy with the end result, which l certainly was. I know people have different expectations from what l have read from other reviewers. My expectations were well and truly met. I will definitely go there again for my car cleaning needs.

If you’re thinking about taking your car here, don’t. We decided to give this place a try as a local resident, and took one of our cars there. There was almost zero communication with staff who clearly looked as though they didn’t want to be there.. after picking up the car, we are not fussy people at all, but after the car was cleaned the best sign of attentional to detail was passenger side mirror still had spider webs on it as well as interior having multiple areas of dirt and dog hair not cleaned. Also noticed a portion of the interior leather has popped out which wasn’t there prior to delivery of car Honestly can do a better yourself job and you’ll save money. Bitterly disappointed after giving them a chance.

Poor excuse for a car wash, they don’t even take the time to go over your car here. Car came out half washed and with damage on the windows and front bar. Upon pointing this out to the owner he claimed that this didn’t happen at his car wash even after finding a part of the car run over and flattened and shown video footage on his own camerasx He then proceeded to claim that we didn’t have the money to pay for it and that’s it a cheap car. Trust the reviews here poor service and poor work. You’re paying $55 dollars for a good vacuum here.

I got my small hatchback detailed for $160. The boot was not touched, there was fluff all over the dash, and wipe marks left over the console. The tyres were barely shined at all. Very disappointing after spending so much money for a very quick and rough job.

Staff were friendly but lack knowledge in the cleaning department it seems. I was told 10 minutes ago that my car needed a cut and polish. I took the car home after a professional" wash and washed it myself. Literally a 2 minute wash on my driveway. Look at the difference! Edit: I found bird droppings

To be honest, Upon reading the latest reviews of this business I was little skeptical whether to go there or not. But to my utter surprise, they have the best service in town. Staff is polite and super professional, and I was in awe when I saw my car. Great job guys!! And I guess .. Haters gonna hate.. so avoid the negative comments below. Keep up the good work.

Don't come here. Very disappointing.I bought a package from Shine Car Wash that included 5 redeemable car washes.However, each time I come in to redeem a car wash I am always met with issues in the form of inability to locate the pre-purchased package in their system, which is then followed by disgruntled customer service. Also, when I came into redeem my final car wash. I was told that the package had expired, as it was over a year since I purchased the package. They did not inform me of this detail, and showed no empathy to the situation.The owner and his team here are rude, deceiving and cannot be trusted. On top of this, both their car washing and customer service are inadequate.I would advise anyone who's looking to get their car washed to stay well clear from this place.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst cleaning jobs I've ever had on a car. It is a bit hard inspecting the car inside the shop as it's dark, but after driving off, the inside was basically only half cleaned with the parcel shelf and in between the seat still covered in dog hair. I basically had to re-clean the whole thing myself when I got home, and when I asked if the boot had been cleaned I was lied to and told it had been when in fact it hadn't been touched. I'm sorry but for $100 you would expect not to have to re-clean the whole car again yourself. I totally understand if small areas may have been missed, but to have to clean the entire car again yourself is just ridiculous. I recommend cleaning your car yourself as not only will you save 100 bucks but your car will actually be cleaner. No one has time to bring their car back and wait even longer for them to clean it properly.

I paid $110 to wash my car both outside and inside, apparently with polishing service included.What they don't tell you is that you have to rewash your car once you get home.When I picked up my car there were still bird poo on the body, dust on the dash and marks on the windows
