Eliza Cattery Boutique Boarding

My cat recently had a stay at Eliza Cattery. I found the staff very friendly and professional. Check-in was prompt and easy.The amenities are lovely for the cats. They have inside and outside spaces and a nice cosy bed to snuggle up in. And of course they get lots of cuddles whilst they are there.They also post photos of your furry friend on Facebook so as you can see how they have settled in and that they are enjoying their holiday too.I would recommend Eliza Cattery Boutique Boarding as I felt very comfortable leaving my cat in their care whilst I was away.

Thank you for looking after our very elderly cat Chester, with much care and kindness. He is nearly 19, wets the bed etc, etc, and needs more attention than most cats. Our flights back home were cancelled twice, so he was there for 2 extra days, which owner Mez accepted with no problems. We highly recommend Eliza Cattery and Chester is very grateful for the extra care they give him in his twilight years.

My elderly friend needed a cat cared for to administer 4 daily medicine doses for 2 weeks. The vets and owner were very happy with the cared for and healthy boy we picked up. He looked fantastic and eased my friends worry about

I have a very nervous cat who had also never been boarded before. Mt Eliza Cattery Boutique Boarding were fantastic. Process was fast, quick & seamless from start to finish. They were organised & it was no trouble for them to take time out to give me an update on her welfare while we were away on holidays when I called them. Our cat looked clean & healthy upon pick up & settled back in at home within a couple of hours (I thought it might take a couple of days). Will be definitely board our cat here again when we go away. We are very fortunate to have this cattery nearby for our cat. Staff are welcoming and caring, the cattery itself is clean and charming. It’s not too big and I’ve always been able to see where my cat is boarding which is reassuring. My children have also always been welcomed too when dropping off their pet, once they even put my little boy’s picture up for his cat. Great local business.

Our cat has been to Eliza cattery a number of times (as have other family members cats too) and he has been well looked after and content during his stay. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. It is cute to see photos of your cat while your away. I found that they were responsive to my queries about him while we were away. We will happily use them again next time we go away. Their prices are very good too. It always smells and looks so nice and clean when we have visited (including the improtu visit we did before our first booking).

We have used Eliza Cattery for a number of years with our elderley cats and now our younger cat. Eliza Cattery is fantastic, super clean, large pens and everyone is friendly and welcoming. Our cat always settles well and often tries to hide when we pick him up as he doesn't want to leave. I always feel so confident with leaving him at Eliza Cattery and can't highly recommend them enough!

Much praise to Mt Eliza Cattery. They helped me out on short notice recently when i had to go to hospital. They were kind and understanding and both cats came home after a week there in a calm happy state. My sincere thanks. I know they are in good hands and safe.

Our cats, Bruce and Lenny, have stayed here many times now and I cannot recommend Mez and the team more highly. They do such a fantastic job looking after all the fur babies in their care. Checking in and out is super simple and the wonderful team are always so friendly and professional. The property is just gorgeous too and the boarding rooms for the cats are clean, comfortable and spacious, with indoor and outdoor areas for them. I know I never have to worry about my cats when they are staying here. They both come home very content and always look super well groomed so I know they are getting lots of love while they are on their holiday! One of my cats had some matts in her long fur last time she checked in and they managed to get them all out without clipping her. Also love that they share photos of all the cats staying with them each week!Thank you so much Mez and team for everything you do! xx

Once again Eliza Cattery made our cat's stay as comfortable as if he was home. We wouldn't consider taking him anywhere else, at least while we live in the area.
