Had heard reasonable word of mouth revues about their service so took my interstate mate, who was travelling to Cairns, to get 2 new tyres and a wheel alignment. BIG MISTAKE. Left him there at 11.45am as he was promised the tyre would be picked up from the warehouse and delivered by 12.30pm. Told fitting and wheel alignment would take an hour. 2.40pm, wheel alignment still not done.....sidewall on wheels not even sprayed or cleaned as rotation involved using the dirty spare. No information as to how long he would have to wait so he paid and left. I apologized to him for taking him there!! Never use again. Pathetic service.

Fast and friendly service. The best tyre shop I have found

Called them on a Saturday and asked if they had a tyre. They put me on hold to check, upon return to the phone call they advised me that they did have the tyre. I asked if I can drop my wheel over to them and have it changed over, they said they could do it that day for me. Once I arrived at the tyre shop I was met out the front by the person who took my call. He advised me that they didn't actually have the tyre and instead could sell me a diffrrent one for more than $100 extra or get me one in for the Monday. I agreed to them getting one in for Monday, so they said they would call me when it was ready. Monday passed and no phone call. My wife called them at 1pm on the Tuesday as she was worried about driving around with no spare. They told her that the tyre had already been changed and was ready to go, even though they hadn't called us yet.Overall a poor experience.

I had a non repairable flat on my 6 month old car and upon googling which tyre places could supply this particular tyre, this service came up. I had been driving on a space saving spare for nearly two weeks, made over 4 phone calls requesting ETA and even went in in person, but to no avail, was unable to get any communication or clarification on when I could expect my tyre to be fitted. Emailed another provider one night, was called the following morning and within 2 days had a new tyre fitted. I am a loyal patron of any establishment I find that offers great service, but also won't refer people to one I know that does not offer good customer service. This is one of those instances where you have lost a customer that would have not only continued to use you but also referred others to you. Communication is key in any business and had I just had continuing communication without my having to constantly call in, it may have been a different outcome. Do not recommend if you need something seen to ASAP or you take customer service seriously.

Took my car in for a wheel alignment after being lowered. Got my car back and it was floating all over the road, couldnt go on the highway without it feeling dangerous and also got my car back with scuff marks on the side skirt on the drivers side and a mark on the drivers side mirror. When I told the manager about it he just shrugged his shoulders and didnt apologies for how my $50000 car had been treated and didnt offer to fix it. I had to take my car back for a re alignment for no charge which was the upside but when I got my car back he had just reset the rear to what it originally was, running the inside of my tyre down and was still floating in the front. Really bad experience with these guys, will definitely not be going back.

Excellent service very informative and fantastic costing

After some tire ware I was told by my mechanic to get a wheel alignment. I asked twin city tires to for a wheel alignment and a tire replaced. The person at twin city tires told me the tire ware was fine and legal caused mainly from round abouts. I also did not need a wheel alignment. This is rear honesty considering these services are how they make a living, it would be easy for them to put my car up have a look and charge me for a wheel alignment and a new tire. Thank you and I will be back again.
